Perfect location! Close to freeway, the Provo Canyon and our family. Rooms are spacious. Everything was well kept and decorated. I’m super grateful to have it be pet free as my allergies and asthma are really horrible. Breakfast was a good spread of choices. Thank you for a comfortable place for us to call home.

Wonderful hotel! I’m here for business trips nearly every year and they never fail to offer the warmest customer experience I’ve been offered from a hotel. The rooms are clean, the ambience is chill, and the location is ideal.

Nicolette is the absolute GOAT and has unending patience and is super sweet every single time we’re here. She’s truly one of the best parts of the stay!

You can’t go wrong with this one.

Everything was okay, but I feel bad for the staff. They tried to accommodate me when I asked if they could upgrade me to a bigger room or give me an extra bed since we were five people and the room only had two beds. However, the older lady (the supervisor) was not very nice. When I asked for an upgrade, she immediately said no without even checking the system to see if there was a room available. When another staff member tried to help by offering a mattress from the lost and found, the supervisor said no to that too. It seems like the other employees want to be nice and help the customers, but their hands are tied by the supervisor.

I was there for a week, and I asked the front desk to clean my room. I left so the room could be cleaned, but when I came back, it wasn’t clean. When I asked the supervisor, who was in the hallway, she acted like she didn’t believe me that my room hadn’t been cleaned the whole week. I understand that we have to request it, but she acted very angry and told the maid to just refresh the room. The maid was very nice and cleaned the room right away. I used to hotels that clean as many time the costumer needs it

The room I had was one of the best I've had in a bit. One thing that annoyed me was the person upstairs was REALLY loud. I came home from the BYU game and they were up walking around at 1:00 am. Other than that the place was pretty good.

I reserved a single king with a sitting area a month before the trip. When I checked in was told they were sold out and they had upgraded me, but unfortunately that was a lie as they gave me a double queen room. On top of that, the rRoom was outdated compared to the rooms my two coworkers were provided. The worst part, however, was that the toilet wouldn't flush. Seriously. The toilet was broken. So, I called the front desk only to have the phone ring almost 30 minutes with no answer. Finally went downstairs to find a woman at the front desk with the phone ringing from someone else. I asked her why she wasn't answering the phone, only to be told she was "busy" and couldn't answer the phone? Um. Ok. I moved on and explained about the toilet and was told that 1) no one could assist that night, would have plumber come tomorrow and that 2) they were sold out and had no other room to move me to. Thankfully I was able to call my husband who is a plumber who walked me through how to manually flush the toilet as needed. So I told the front desk person to tell the plumber that the flapper is either too big for the toilet or it could be broken. I spent the evening manually flushing the toilet.||||On the second day I returned to the hotel and asked if the plumber had came and was told yes the toilet is working fine. When I aked specifically what was done I was told they shortened the chain. When I get to the room I try the toilet and it does the same thing and isn't working. When I went back downstairs I asked to see the manager and was told they work 9 to 4pm. Not helpful when I leave the hotel at 8am for work and return around 5:30.||||Meanwhile, I had a case of equipment that had been delivered to the hotel for my arrival, and now needed to ship it back. It had a prepaid label and just needed for UPS to pick it up. When I brought it to the front desk I was told that UPS doesn't come to the hotel (how was it delivered then?) and was handed directions to a UPS store because my phone was on 6% charge. I arrived at the location provided and guess what? no UPS store. Thanks to a nice local I was able to find a UPS store about a mile away and get back just in time to the hotel to leave for my evening event. Followed by one more night of manually flushing the toilet and not sleeping from the sound of running water. ||||The morning I am checking out I FINALLY got to meet the Assistant Manager Tanner. He didn't even want to sit down at first to hear what happened, but finally did as I didn't want to stand and broadcast everything to the entire hotel. He tried to tell me that the front desk personnel said they tried to offer a different room, but then agreed that yes they were sold out. How does that work? He then informed me that the hotel room I was in is now going to be blocked from their available list until it gets fixed. At least they finally did that! ||||Then I told him about front desk telling me that UPS doesn't pick up at the hotel and he looked confused. He said that was incorrect, but that doesn't help me now. I also told him that when I spoke to the front desk personnel just this morning I was told the maintenance person was "a young kid who didn't know what they were doing". He told me the maintenance person was an experienced plumber in his late 40s. Yet the toilet wasn't fixed. So the question is, who is lying?||||Finally he asked how he could assist. First I told him - get that toilet fixed PROPERLY. No guest should have to manually flush the toilet for one, let alone 2 nights. He said he could maybe add 35K points to my account, and he would speak to the General Manager Rebecca. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't seen or heard anything.||||The final F-you by Marriott? Just as I'm leaving the parking lot, a UPS truck pulls up. I can't even.||I have video of non working toilet and photo of UPS truck in morning.

First time staying at this hotel and definitely the last! All Televisions were not working throughout the whole weekend. Maintenance guy just walked into our room without knocking, cleaning lady was 2 hours early before my checkout and without knocking, she walked in. They had no accommodations for their tv not working the whole time. The workers need to be trained on knocking on doors before thinking about entering. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. The manager needs to do better in training and communicating with their workers.

Not a good stay and won’t stay again. My family went down for breakfast, with plenty of time left in the breakfast hours, and they were out of almost everything. Out of juice, out of eggs, out of sausage, out of waffles. You can have cereal, if there is milk, warm hard boiled eggs (from sitting on the counter), maybe a bagel or soggy muffin. When we told them they were out, we were hit with “it’s unfortunate.” It’s not unfortunate. It’s part of the price of staying to have breakfast and they can’t even make sure there is enough for their guests. The dining room was full of people who were scrounging for something to eat for breakfast. The staff was incredibly rude when asked, and shrugged it off and were not professional. Make sure there is enough food for your guests or don’t charge for continental breakfast, it’s that simple. Especially on an holiday weekend when you know you’ll be super busy. Even if the breakfast is marketed as “free,” you’re still paying for it with the rest of the price of your stay. Not okay and won’t stay again.
