I was put into this hotel as compensation for a weather-related diverted flight and couldn't have been happier! I arrived very late night and the front desk employee was super helpful (I wish I remembered his name, I was very tired though) and he got me into a comfortable room very quickly.
Regarding the room, it was amazing and comfortable and most importantly DARK for sleep! I think this was the darkest hotel room I've ever slept in and the bed was super comfy! Would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever on a long layover in San Antonio in the future.

Booked our room via ParkSleepFly.com the stay was for one night and parking of our car for 11 days while we fly out on vacation. The process and check in was been super easy. They have a shuttle available to take you to the airport and back. If the shuttle is unavailable they book you an Uber on them. The room is spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and the parking lot was secure. We will definitely use them again and stay here in the future.

The hotel is outdated, and the room had a strong mildew smell. To top it off, we found a huge cricket in the room on our first night. While the staff were friendly, it didn’t make up for the poor condition of the hotel. We won’t be staying here again on our next visit to San Antonio. It’s easily the worst Marriott we’ve stayed in.

Beware of this please!!!!! This place is very outdated. The rooms smells like mildew. I asked to change different rooms they smell the same and look the same. They still have cable and box tvs in the rooms . Elevator doesn’t work no one knows when it’s going to get fixed . their systems is outdated. I kept getting overcharged. I had a terrible time. Staff was not helpful at all were very rude.know one can explain anything I was promised points never gotten them . Even for breakfast there is no privacy to eat there standing over you while eating.

Customer Service was great. Room was Clean. Room was cool, AC was on. Location was hard o find. Door Dash had problems finding it. Breakfast was not to our liking. We went to Dennys.

Service was great, location was great, price for these old rooms that need to be updated was a little ridiculous, didn't even have a vent in the bathroom, for as much as they charge you they definitely need to update their rooms.

I stay at this hotel during a weekend stay in May. The room was purchased with point so I didn’t have to pay anything. I just had a to put a card on file for accidents. The stay was fine the room was okay but it’s the service. When I checked out I received my bill that said the balance was 0.00. I had a $10 credit that we used to get water from the marketplace. After a couple of days I see a charge for $10. I was confused to see this when the bill said 0.00 for the balance. Being a platinum elite member I know what it look like when a marketplace charge is on your bill. It will say charge vs credit. I reached out to customer service to make a claim and asked them to have the hotel call me to explain this charge that should’ve never happen. Customer service said it will take 3-5 days for someone to reach out. After that call I called the hotel and had to leave a message. The 3-5 days came and went and I heard nothing from this hotel. I called customer service back and they tell me that it was closed out because it was a marketplace purchase. How when I have a credit How when it says 0.00 for the balance. The customer service rep reopened my claim and said I have to wait another 3-5 days. After that call I call the hotel again and I had to leave a message once again. I still have not heard anything in regards to this. I wouldn’t stay here because they just take your money. The only best thing is the location because of the mall and airport. Other than that save your money. The Fairfield in brook city San Antonio is better anyway.

I will continue to press this matter until I hear from someone. This hotel needs to do better for its Marriott Bonvoy members……

The room was nice even if the a/c seemed to be up and down as far as working. Staff was helpful throughout the stay though. The location gave easy access to the city as well.
