First Service--misleading on the name, there is no service. Most times they have the phones transferred to a centralized customer service. You leave a message they don't call back. Maria Hernandez has been receiving the messages we leave to provide an update on the status of an application yet she does not call back. Look at all the bad reviews, there is a reason for that. One more dissatisfaction review on the list.

Worst company ever!!! They are horrible how they handle our building “Ocean Marine Yacht Club”.
If First service Residential would only read how bad the reviews are about the property manager that handles our expensive building, maybe they would do something about it instead letting these incompetents working in our building. Every single unit’s owner is fed up at Mr. Ronald Wright “property Manager”. We are trying so bad to get rid of that clown and it seems impossible. Voices go around about him and few others getting kick backs on the HOA.
Apparently First service Residential doesn’t care at all!!! Should be called Worst Service Residential.

To over a month after many aggravated attempts to get my deposit back. I finally get it back and check BOUNCED! They are grossly unprofessional!! HOA’s Don’t hire them!! They are TERRIBLE!!! They really deserve ZERO stars!!! The Hollywood, Florida office and management is A DISGRACE!!

They are terrible administrators, do not fall into the trap of hiring this company.
See that in the reviews, the vast majority evaluate are terrible, which makes us doubt whether the excellent ones are a fraud. Strange that they have almost no intermediate ratings.
They only think about money, increasing the HOA absurdly.
Any teenager manages money better than them. Go home FSR and let us live in peace.

The pictures I have posted speak for themselves. The company has a extremely poor reputation and reviews indicating mismanagement of communities including money. Total disregard for ethical business practices.

I really don't like to post negative reviews, but in this case I will have to, in the hope that people who consider hiring First Service Residential for their property manager will reconsider and choose a different company. I am a resident at The Berkley South Condominium and have first hand witnessed the disastrous management this company has provided for our condo. If I could give it a minus 5 star review I would. This company lacks integrity and their customer service is non existent. This company has managed to fail at ALL tasks they were hired for. Not one or two, ALL.

First Service Residential is the best manager around! Saturday afternoon and my drain got clogged. I called down to the front desk and even though our maintenance / engineering team was supposed to be leaving in 5 minutes, they cheerfully came up to help. Pavel Perez came up, brought some tools, and unclogged my sink. He covered his shoes to ensure he didn't get my floor dirty, helped clean my sink, and fixed the problem. He smiled and joked while he did it and din't act at all inconvenienced that he was staying late on a Friday to help me. Love that he fixed the problem and had such a great attitude. Tried to tip him and he wouldn't let me. What a great culture Stephanie has fostered at Biscayne Beach, and Pavel is so good! Hope he stays with us for a long time 🙂
