Less than 5 days from initial pricing request for pool heater pumps to install. Ryan our tech installer was very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all our questions, comments and concerns. My pool heater broke during the most busy time of my B&B calendar. No worries - I knew who to turn to. I chose Florida Pool Heating for this job based almost entirely on the fact that they didn't try to sell me a new pool heater in 2018 when my very aging heater had an issue. They fixed it and I got all these years service out of that one. This time they checked it and it was not repairable. I scheduled replacement and got what I think is a good price. They had excellent communication throughout and Ryan did a great jog on the install including the new automation I decided to install at the same time. I'm very happy with the new heater and the automation. My guests are happy too!! I highly recommend them and have already recommended them for a neighbors friend's pool heater job.

This is a very knowledgeable and efficient operation.. the tech showed up on time and worked nonstop until the job was done 5 hours later and cleaned up perfectly!He showed me how to operate the new heater and I felt confident I could handle it. This company was a joy to work with. I am glad I chose the to purchase and install my new pool heat pump. They explained the different types of pool heaters better than any articles I read or any other company I spoke with. They came to look at our pool within the 15 minute appointment time frame . This company is great! I called about an issue, they came to assess the situation a couple of days later and an hour after the call to let me know what was going on (our heater was out of warranty and we need a new one), we've got our replacement set and ready to be installed in two days.
