I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by Fountain Blue cleaning pool service. Over the past few months, I have encountered several issues that have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

Firstly, I have noticed a consistent decline in the cleanliness of my pool after each service visit. Despite paying for regular cleaning, I have repeatedly found debris and dirt left unattended, making the water quality subpar. This not only compromises the appearance of my pool but also raises concerns about the overall maintenance and hygiene.

Furthermore, I have experienced severe inconsistencies in your service scheduling. There have been numerous occasions when your team failed to arrive at the agreed-upon time or, in some cases, did not show up at all without any prior notification. This lack of punctuality disrupts my plans and leaves me questioning the reliability of your services.

Most concerning of all, I have reason to believe that your company is engaging in unethical practices. On several occasions, I have been charged for services that were either not performed adequately or not performed at all. This is absolutely unacceptable and amounts to nothing short of theft. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, including a refund for the services I have paid for but not received.

I want to emphasize that I have been a loyal customer of your company for 7 years, and I had initially chosen your service because you built my pool in 2017 when I bought my house. However, the recent decline in the quality of your service and the unprofessional conduct has left me deeply disappointed.

I request that you take immediate action to rectify these issues. I expect a response within 10 business days outlining the steps you will take to address my concerns. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to appropriate consumer protection authorities and consider legal action to seek compensation for the inadequate service and any associated damages.

I trust that you will treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to restore my confidence in your company's service

Highly recommend Joanna Potter as the designer. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her craft. We had a hard time getting pool companies to answer the phone until I got a hold of Joanna. She answered right away, explained everything carefully, helped us come up with a design we loved, worked around our budget and designed a beautiful pool for us. She was very patient and always answered our questions, even stepped in when issues came up. Yes there were some issues along the way but they did deliver an amazing pool to us within the timeframe they promised and in the end that’s what really matters.

My wife and I sought estimates from 4 companies for a new pool in late spring 2022. We learned about Fountain Blue from a friend and their family. We decided the process with Joanna. Joanna was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. Compared to the other companies, she began with an open mind addressing our vision and any concerns all while working with our schedule. The design she generated was brilliant. After creating a design, she met with us to look at samples, was patient and thoughtful throughout and answered every question in detail and with honesty. She really is a quality person and absolute asset to Fountain Blue. The pool construction was at times problematic, which was mostly expected. The main issue we faced related to communication during the construction process. Communication could probably be improved as we experienced no reply or unanswered questions at times during the construction phase with the construction administration. This was disheartening at times since the whole process was new and at times overwhelming to us. Fortunately, Joanna remained available and clarified any concerns. The end result, the new pool, is beautiful and we could not be happier. Thank you Fountain Blue.

Contracted Fountain Blue Pools to build a brand new swimming pool. I extensively researched which company to hire to build our pool & Overall, we’ve had an exceptional experience with them. Granted, there is no large construction project that goes without some hiccups & speed bumps but overall, every time I called Joanna to address an issue, get a resolution, or just a clarification, she was immediately responsive & attentive to our needs, even after hours. We are extremely happy with the outcome & have even hired them for weekly service moving forward!

I find it insufficient how much we would like to express our family's gratitude to the team at Fountain Blue Pools.
After many doubts about this new project of building a pool, Fountain Blue made sure we feel comfortable and safe with every step that we advanced.
The whole team was very professional and patient in meeting all our demands, starting with Robbin who is amazing, always ready to help and answer all of our questions, Dianne, Mildred, Jim the supervisor whom is always very early at the job site, Jennifer and I’m sure I will be forgetting some of them, a work team very focused on customer service . All of the sub-contractors were very professional and most of all the record time completing the job. I can't say that everything was perfect and without any kind of problem, but the value is in the way that each problem was solved and taken care of by the staff, there were not that many and usually out of the company control but we are very impressed how they were handled. To each and every one of you who participated in this project, thank you very much from all our family members, and to you who read this comment, do not think twice, if you want a pool where you do not have headaches, worries and want to feel confident that a job is getting done by excellent professionals that make sure your dream pool come true, I am more than convinced by our personal experience that Fountain Blue Pools is your best option, ask for Robbin to design and let the dream begin.

Update 9/2024: During the construction phase of the pool and for a few months following, we were extremely pleased with Fountain Blue. They delivered as promised and our pool has been a dream. We even signed up for the monthly service and for the first several months they were great. After several weeks of mishaps with the service, we decided to cancel. Several months after the job was completed, we started having issues with the some of the equipment. At first, Fountain Blue was very responsive, the tech came out when they said they would to address the problem and even replaced the equipment that was faulty. Unfortunately, for the past two months we are once again having an issue with a different piece of equipment. After many calls and emails, we have yet to see physically see anyone come to the house, even after many reschedules on their part not ours. One of us would stay home on the days we were told a tech would be there to look at the equipment and yet no one would show. After Fountain Blue missed the last appointment (again!), which we had scheduled for this past Thursday, we followed up with phone calls and emails. Three days later we finally received a response and were told that "someone came out last week and they said everything is working fine", which clearly it is not, otherwise we wouldn't be constantly calling and emailing to get try and get a tech out there to fix or replace the equipment fixed - especially since it is still under warranty! Nor would we be updating our review. Fountain Blue is great in the beginning and getting the pool built but once the job is done, it all goes downhill. Which is very unfortunate.

We highly recommend Fountain Blue Pools to anyone looking to have their custom dream pool. They designed and built our pool that exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be more pleased. We really didn't know what type or style of pool we wanted when we started the process however Robbin drew us up the most unique and amazing design that we absolutely love! Her customer service was top notch. She was always quick to reply to all our questions and we could always count on her to get us the help we needed, she went above and beyond for us and are extremely grateful to have worked with her. We went from having a bland, unusable backyard to a space we don't ever want to leave.
