Clean and well maintained H‑E‑B with all items produces are in stock and locally sourced. The dairy, bakery, meat, fresh food, beauty, household sections are well organized. Grocery is fresh and have competitive pricing. Bbq is good but felt little pricey. Ample parking available outside and restroom is clean.

For once, a service I can count on. HEB delivery has an efficient system that confirms, tracks and follows up. After five deliveries, I'm confident in giving a 5-star review with a recommendation. Knowing that there's an efficient system, I'm not sure why every delivery service can't step up and provide this same service. Kudos to HEB delivery, and that's an aside to the fantastic products they supply. Not once have they had to "substitute." I order prepared meals for the week, which are all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend.

HEB what can I say ? There is no other brand like it, from the customer service and willingness to help from the team to the vast and broad selections that they have in store. They set a standard, and don’t get me started on the HEB brand stuff in store ! Delicious is all I can say !

We drove an hour just to come here. I love the variety and the prices. It's always super clean. The employees are always helpful when we need them. The only thing that I don't like is the bathrooms are uncomfortable. The doors make you feel like a child can just duck under them to say hello (being dramatic). It's just uncomfortably open.

I am impressed with this H-E-B and how well maintained and clean this grocery store is. I shopped the entire store inside and out and found many items that were on sale or coupons nearby. My favorite section is the natural soapsand creams near the nuts and wine section. The scent in that section is mesmerizing! There is a wide variety of wines to choose and if you are there early enough there is a wine tasting bar. I like cheese section where there is a vast amount of different cheeses for any occasion. There is a sandwich section which are prepared and put in small containers in the deli section. There is a wonderful selection of meats packaged or wrapped. There are also small sections for Home decore and seasonal items. An outside flower section for gardeners. I received kind custom service from an employee and there seems to be employees nearby if you need them unlike other large market chains I've shopped at. I did not see an employee on their phone- texting or talking and ignoring the customers. I always have an enjoyable experience when I visit this H-E-B.

Opening Day…we braved it and had a great experience. They had SO many staff and managers in the store and everything was running very smoothly. I have never been a fan of HEB but I am now. This is the nicest HEB I have ever been in (compared to a waco and Corpus Christi). The meat was amazing (grass fed and prime options available) and the produce was awesome as well and more options than most grocery stores. Great bakery and prepared food as well. We didn’t try the restaurant inside the store but look forward to it next time!

Extremely crowded with people who think they have more right to be there than you and block the aisles without any consideration. If you just want a couple things expect to walk half a mile from your parking space.

Prices seem comparable to Kroger with a wider selection. There are many items available, particularly Tex-Mex, that have cult fans (make sure to pick up some handmade butter tortillas.)

If you go in off-hours you might come away unscathed and with a satisfying cartload of groceries.

H.E.B has finally arrived in McKinney, and it's been worth the wait! Nestled on the northeast corner of Eldorado and Custer, this local haven offers an extensive selection. The variety is massive, and a few highlights include their own products, notably the freshly made tortillas. The fish section is impressive, featuring rarities like octopus, hard to find elsewhere. Prices are excellent, and the shopping experience exudes a "local" feel. Discovering octopus and quality chestnuts made my visits memorable. I wholeheartedly rate it 5 out of 5. Pro tip: visit around lunch for delightful samples—wine, cheese, sushi, and cookies galore. H.E.B is a culinary adventure in McKinney!
