Just stayed at this location Jan. 12th and had a nice stay. The hotel is in a nice location, and the king room I slept in had a nice view of the city and Mormon temple. I liked this area. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Room was clean, but for some reason, Holiday Inn housekeepers never vacuum along the sides of the rooms, which is bothersome to me. The bed was clean and very comfortable... ample lighting and space in the room. Breakfast was good, but I wish they offered regular eggs without cheese so that dairy-intolerant folks, like myself, could eat some. Overall, I always choose Holiday Inn Express hotels for my stays anywhere because they are the most consistent in service and cleanliness for the best price. 4 stars all around. Thank you!

We’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times both for vacation and for military purposes. Every time we had a great experience! The hotel rooms were clean and well stocked. They have full size body wash, shampoo, etc. so no need to bring your own. They also have breakfast included in the morning and it is a full breakfast and super yummy too!

I've stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn hotels, but this one takes the crown! It's impeccably clean, and the staff are absolutely amazing—friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread? Top-notch, with plenty of tasty options to start the day right. Now, I don't sleep easily, thanks to some severe back pain and surgeries, but the bed in this room was a game-changer. I considered seeing if it would fit through the window so I could take it home (spoiler: it didn't fit through the window). And the bacon? Oh, the bacon! It was so good I was half-convinced they had a pig whisperer working behind the scenes.

This hotel was extremely clean! The bedding was very comfortable and we slept very well. The bathroom was spotless and super clean. There are two elevators and we never had to wait long for a ride. The 4th floor was the designated quiet floor and it was very quiet! The continental breakfast was delicious! So many choices and it went until 10am on the weekend which was perfect for us late sleepers! The breakfast area was always well stocked and clean. Any employee we encountered was extremely nice. We are so happy we found this place and will continue staying here with our future trips!

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn for the second time within a month, but unfortunately, my experience this time was disappointing. Unlike my previous stay, the room I was assigned felt outdated and lacked the freshness and modern feel I had enjoyed before. The decor was plain, and the room didn’t have the same level of comfort or amenities as the updated rooms I had previously experienced. It seems the property has a mix of renovated and older rooms, which can create inconsistency. Overall, it was a letdown, especially considering my first visit was great. I’d recommend requesting one of the newer rooms if you’re planning a stay.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and professional, plenty of parking, restaurants nearby, easy access to freeway and downtown provo. Slept in so we missed breakfast. So can not rate breakfast. Had a great stay...thanx..

The staff were so nice and polite. It was 100+ degrees outside. I was traveling with my 84 yr old mother and we just got done with my niece's outside wedding. We were hot and just wanted to lie down, but check in wasn't for two more hours. I wish I remembered the lady's name at the counter, ( we were there on 8/5/2024. If anyone reads this please look at the schedule and give her kudos) but she was so kind and understanding. She said our room was ready, so sure we could check in. The room was clean and we had the most restful sleep we have had for a long time.
The pool and hot tub were awesome and clean. Breakfast the next day was great too, with an automatic pancake maker. Seriously the best hotel experience I've ever had. Thanks to the staff for treating my little old lady mom with such respect and kindness.

This hotel was easy access to my destination the following morning. We were able to check in with ease. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were able to get the rest we needed, as it was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
