This is my second time staying at the hotel. The staff is very friendly. I appreciate it's a pet friendly hotel. My stay was less than 48 hours but in that time period I needed to get my room cards replaced 4x because, per the front desk, they demagnetize when near cellphones or keys. I have few pockets and my purse isn't a tote bag. i found my key continuously not working very frustrating. The toilet is also way too low. I am not a giant and felt like i was in a preschool lavatory. The hotel needs a lot of updating. Only one elevator worked. The pool was very nice. The grounds look shabby. The rear parking lot has a water business based there in what used to be a tennis court.

I did the Park and fly. Great experience very friendly staff and I felt safe even though I was a woman alone. I will stay here again and recommend them to anyone. It’s close to the airport and very convenient, much easier than flying out of the larger airport. Has an onsite restaurant that is excellent food.

This place was a hidden gem! Remodeling but barely noticed. Nice ambiance of the lobby. Hot tub was working!!! We visited FL from WI for 9 days and stayed at multiple places as we trAveled around and just wanted a hot tub to work, this place was perfect in many ways. Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk was sooooo kind! We really enjoyed our stay. Kids used the pool. Not heated but they enjoyed it!

Bed bugs. Do I have to say more than that?
For 200$+ a night, there isn't an excuse for potentially sending any guests home with an infestation. Rooms were moved and what not but at that point it doesn't matter. Confidence in the facility is lost. I have to go through the process of decontaminating my personal belongings (bedding, clothes, luggage, etc.). The room we were moved to was incomplete and didn't even have a secondary manual lock in the room (as is required! By law!). Hotel staff admits that it's their fault for not checking rooms thoroughly enough. There are a ton of hotels in pinellas county just avoid this one if you can honestly I wish I had. Options were limited at the time because of the recent hurricane forcing many local residents into extended stays. Even the staff members agreed that staying there was our only option otherwise we probably would've canceled the whole reservation.
People may have been polite but honestly polite doesn't pay for my exterminator.

Clean and comfortable hotel with reasonable price for quick overnight stay. Friendly staff. Neighboring room decided to break house rules by smoking in their room which was unpleasant but not worth the effort to call the front desk to advise (my stay was a grand total of FOUR hours and I had only time for a quick shower and nap). If my stay was longer the smoking would have been addressed. But the room was pleasant and clean.

Hotel is in dire need of updating. Room are quite rundown and very dated. I was traveling for business and the wi-fi was so bad I had to use my cell phone hotspot just to get any work done. Was super frustrating. Evidently you don't get much for $220/night!

I enjoyed being able to bring my pet and have a area for him. I didn't have to worry about fleas. It was a good location and relaxing. I did not hear any noise or loudness. I will stay here again. It was located near everything
