Schönes Hotel mit super Location! Nur 2 min entfernt vom Riverwalk. Abzug gibt’s für die Einrichtung die vereinzelt sehr alt und dreckig war. Bei uns im Zimmer am Teppich und am Sofa deutlich zu sehen (Flecken).
Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Gut gelegen, nur 5 Minuten zum River Walk. Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert, deshalb bekamen wir einen Preisnachlass. Unser Zimmer mit kleiner Küche war sehr praktisch und geräumig. Das Frühstück ist für europäische Verhältnisse Recht mäßig. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Parken des Autos wird durch einen kostenpflichtigen service erledigt.

Our hotel room was spacious for our family of 6. The sofa was a bit dirty so we didn’t get to use the sofa bed but other than that the rest of the room was great! Location was amazing especially during the holidays. There’s so much going on it was great to see. The service was great especially the Valet. Everyone was so great! April was amazing. She was patient and helpful especially because we had little ones. Definitely would book this stay again.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have stayed at. It was so filthy, i mean FILTHY. lights and lamps didn’t work and were flickering the whole time. the kitchen utensils in the drawers were put back still dirty. the carpets, couches, anything linen were stained and smelly. the elevators were so tiny and so slow. I didn’t even go to breakfast it looked so chaotic it gave me anxiety. also the noise level of this hotel is ABSURD , it is over run with children who have parents who don’t care. I had to put in multiple complaints about children running down the hallways, banging on doors, jumping off beds, etc. Housekeepers kept bothering me even when i had an approved late check out. I could go on, do not stay here, it is worth it to spend the extra money for somewhere else.

I had an outstanding experience with the valet here, and I just had to share how impressed I was with their service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional and attentive, but I want to give a special shoutout to Chance, who went above and beyond to make my visit seamless. Upon arriving, Adrian and Frederick at the Valet we’re extremely welcoming and accommodating. Fabulous location for a wonderful stay while my mother and I had a girls trip to see Les Mis at the Majestic Empire theater. We have stayed in before and love the location.

The location was perfect, and the service was just okay. Requested someone to come clean the toilet day of check-in, and no one came. The toilet did not appear clean, and the chair to the desk was filthy. It looks like stains frm maybe a sexual encounter in the chair. Stains in the carpet, trash swept up in the hall near the elevator and left there, a balled up towel used as a door stopper and a misrepresentation of valet services. Website and sign says $40 plus tax a night, but upon arriving we were told $55 plus tax. I asked the guy at the front desk about it and claimed they had no control over the price advised. I told him, but you have control over changes being updated to your website. Loved the location but will never stay here again. No type of accommodations granted. Not to mention, I received a text about my stay and upon responding with pics and complaint, they stopped responding. I wish I could get my points and cash back from this stay. I have never had a problem at a Hilton location and I pray this is the last.
