My daughter and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and were very worried about security after reading all the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised that they had several camera pods located throughout the parking lot and they had security walking around the parking lot at night. That put me at ease with the safety concerns. The hotel was spot on. I truly don't have no complaints about anything. The rooms were nice and clean, the hotel lobbies were nice and clean and the outdoor seating areas are very well maintained. The breakfast areas had excellent food, they were clean and very welcoming. The entire staff was always very cheerful, hospitable and very willing to assist. This will be my new hotel anytime I'm in San Antonio. Keep up the excellent job.

We stayed for my son's graduation from the Air Force! We had to bring our dog, couldn't find anyone to take him for the trip. He has major anxiety issues, so he barked the whole time we were gone. People complained about his constant barking so we had to leave him in our vehicle while at the graduation. He was safer in the room but we would have been charged with other people's room if he kept barking. Luckily it didn't get too hot outside, he was fine. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious! Best salsa we ever had, the ladies at the breakfast bar were so sweet they did an amazing job with the breakfast!

Stayed here for AF BMT. Room was fabulous, clean, and very spacious. The staff (Ricky) was very attentive, personable, and took great care of my family and I. The location is fabulous and very close in proximity to other businesses. The breakfast was really good and clean. I will recommend this hotel to anyone and if I do come back to Texas they will be getting my business again.

Kudos to this establishment!! Everyone and everything were amazing. The staff was SUPERB. We stayed from Monday through Thursday and they provided excellent service. A HUGE shoutout to Mrs. Rosy and Ruben for providing a delicious breakfast every morning and ALWAYS greeting everyone with kind words and a warm smile. I will recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone I know and I will definitely be back!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was so iffy to stay here but I’m so glad I did. The manager (a lady) whose name I do not remember, was so professional and accommodating to my situation. I had read about the recent break ins on trucks and that really worried me. Upon arriving , I saw that they had hired a security guard that patrols the area at night. The rooms were very clean and it always smelled nice. Only complain is that the laundry room washer and dryers malfunction and charge your card without starting. You then have to call a number to begin to get your money back.

We had a great time. It was our second time here. Very clean and great facility. Breakfast is good, and kids enjoyed the pool. "Rickey" at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to our needs. Will definitely come back.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the digital check-in process during my recent stay 1/28/25. Despite having earned the option to check in digitally and receive a digital key via the app, I was unable to do so and had to physically check in at the front desk to obtain a key.

This inconvenience was unexpected and contrary to the seamless experience I have come to expect from Hilton. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and ensure it is resolved for future stays.

Staff are always very nice! Breakfast was a bit sketchy. I had the sausages that were cool and seemed like they'd been sitting out for a while and got pretty sick within a few hours. Nothing conclusive but those sausages are haunting me now. Again staff are very nice, I'd just encourage management to step up breakfast food safety.
