This was an amazing property, I travel for work and stay and multiple Home2 Suites around the country.

The check in was amazing, the front staff was very friendly and helpful.

The check in process was great and the room was amazing, the view of the river walk was beautiful with steps to the river walk.

The valet parking staff was very nice and helpful, they had no issues help us out when we kept forgetting things in the car so the staff was able to quickly grab the items and made staying here worth the price.

If you’re looking for a safe place with an amazing view then this is definitely the place you would like to stay!!!

As a Hilton diamond member, I could personally recommend this property!!!

I had a great overnight stay at the hotel! Anthony at the front was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, and I slept so well. It was quiet and relaxing, which was exactly what I was looking for. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

I was here for one night for a conference. Good location right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance to lots of attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was great, very spacious, modern, and comfortable. Loved the pillows. The water pressure in the shower was great. Fast elevators. Breakfast was nice (eggs, breads, waffles, oatmeal with toppings, and fruit). I didn't need anything during my stay, but at check-in Alicia at the front desk was fabulous!

Wonderful property and a great stay. Staff was all absolutely amazing!! Mia from the front desk was beyond helpful and truly gives a great feeling of our stay at this Hilton!! Thank You Mia for your help! She helped us extend our stay due to a medical issue and she went out of her way to offer assistance and help during our stay. You should really give her kudos for her service

Due to a family emergency, I arrived late for my check-in and was initially concerned that my reservation had been canceled. However, upon speaking with Celesse, she assured me that my room was available and even offered to upgrade me to a room with a more favorable view. Her thoughtfulness significantly improved my day. Your establishment truly values its staff, and my stay was exceptional from that moment on. I was even given a complimentary cookie. Thank you, Celesse, for your kindness.

Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The staff at the desk were all helpful and nice. The room was big. The location is just a few steps away from stairs to the Riverwalk. The area was quiet at night, so we got a great night's sleep. The breakfast had lots of options including waffles shaped like Texas! We left our car with the valet (who were very nice), but noticed there is a public parking garage right across the street, which the valet drove our car out of when we asked for it. I would definitely stay here again but might research rates at the public garage before forking over $40 for valet.

Dangerous environment. Lots of homeless people who have access to building. During our company meetings we regularly had homeless walk into our area, take our coffee and food, and harass our team members. Hotel management was unable to provide a safe environment. Homeless were also able to access hotel buffet during the morning. I would highly discourage anyone planning to stay here.

Celeste and Anthony left our room great ! |Would definitely come back !! Breakfast was another added Bonus!! Will come back to visit soon. Front door staff was very helpful. Front desk helpful as well! Access to the riverwalk was awesome ! Beautiful place to stay .
