Great time at Kensington Centre for a Grappling Industries Jiu-Jitsu competition last weekend. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the event itself was very well organized. It was a fun day out for the whole family!

Excellent place to hang out for entire family. They have a kids soft play area and parents have plenty of benches to sit while the kids play. There is a decent cafe too.

I would have given the place 5 stars as I had a great experience with one of the pool guards who was attentive to my grandchild however I was completely appalled by the lack of women only changing spaces. Not so long ago when it was Kensington New Pools men and women changing areas were completely separated, whereas now it's all together.

I felt really uncomfortable being surrounded by mainly young men in the locker room and shower area. I'm completely confused by this. Women and children need safe spaces to change in. There were big gaps both under and above the doors. In an age where it's so easy to take inappropriate images etc surely the council should be even more resilient in taking care of the most vulnerable.

I have booked many swimming lessons for my son(private), and nearly all of them got canceled and I received an email saying I canceled it. Today me and my son went to the Leisure Centre as the lesson did not get canceled and when we got there - we were told they had no teachers to do my son’s lesson and gave us a refund. I find this very rude as I put my time into raising my son and want him to learn how to swim. I really don’t think that this is professional in terms of the staff as they didn’t inform us that some staff were missing those days. I am really devastated that my son doesn’t get the lessons he deserves and at the same time am mad at this unprofessional company.

Better gym is a nice affordable gym which provides facilities however today when I first time being here the experience was not great. There is a particular Female changing and shower room, but there are some ladies who brought their boys here, I understand that situation however there is a lady who keeps using the only one shower room which has privacy and just left her boys there making other users cannot take a proper shower. Wish such thing can be improved, proving more shower room with privacy or being sensible that female room is only for female …..

Have always found the service a bit below par at times but Isaac the sra has been incredible over the last few weeks really listening to customers and their concerns, getting his hands dirty cleaning and being an all round positive influence 10/10

I wish to give them 0 star if I could. I booked a tennis court for my kids and when we came on site, the receptionist said it’s a double booking. If that’s true, why it’s bookable on better website? Completely time wasters!

I was very disappointed and upset today at my child's swimming lesson. He was told by the woman instructor to go to the next level. However, when he got there, he was left alone in the pool with no instruction. The younger man instructor was just standing at the other end of the pool looking at him and I could see my son was visibly upset. He is only 4 years old. I can see on other side wondering what’s happening then the woman instructor called my son to just go back to her.
At the end of the session, I tried to ask another young man instructors, but she was very rude and abrupt.
I trust the safety and well-being of my child to them, and they don't care at all.
All this newbee or younger staff to this center has no care and they’re just there to show off and gossiping during swimming time not friendly,rude and not helpful at all,they think it’s just joke to teach children plus More shower is not working looks like no one care of this leisure center.
