Oh mein Gott. Die Bilder auf der Homepage sind garantiert 15 Jahre alt. Unser Zimmer roch so dermaßen nach Parfum das man Kopfschmerzen bekommen hat. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Das hört man nämlich ganz laut die ganze Nacht durch. Der Kühlschrank,oh Sorry. Keiner da.
Die Betten sind keine Queen. Sehr schmal und die Blutflecken von der Rezension von vor 4 Wochen sind auch noch da 😂
Na wenigstens war noch Wasser im Pool, welcher direkt am Parkplatz ist. Nur die Liegen waren durch. Also so richtig durch. Sie sind nämlich kaputt. Zum Glück waren wir nur kurz in diesem Haus anwesend. Und werden dies nie wieder sein.
Das Frühstück war ok.

We checked in almost at midnight hoping to just get into our room and crashed. The first room provided, room 136, smell musty and wet. The carpet was wet. We immediately requested for another room.

Then we were provided with room 168. The photos attached are from this room. I'm typing this review at 12:39am as I am in this room. The room don't smell fresh. AC unit is not working. It just makes noise and no air coming out. The display is not even showing anything. The walls are speckled everywhere.

We found a black and mild cigar butt on the floor by the bed and a dope baggie behind the dresser between the bed while I'm trying to figure out the lights. The lights did not work. I had to fix the outlet cover and fix the plug. We had light bulbs out.

This room is missing the fridge and microwave as listed. There is no remote to the TV. I could also hear the toilet running. The flush bar is not holding upright so the chain is going into the flapper. I had to remove the chain out of the flapper so the water will stop running. I actually saved the hotel some money by fixing these little things.

There is no phone to call the front desk so I had to use my own phone to call them to let them know what's wrong. They wanted me to come up to the front again to get the remote. I told them I don't need it. I've already been up there to change the room.

I've seen the response from the owner for the other reviews. Yes you strive to improve, but don't look like there's any improvements done. And apologies don't make up for having to pay to stay in a room like this. Just refund and fix the room up. That's how you make up for it.

The room was very smelly, the ac and the refrigerator were very loud, (bad for people who hate noise when they sleep). The restroom smelled and had a little loud vent above the toilet that looks like it has not been cleaned in YEARS. The toilet was okay but the whole restroom is small and the beds aren’t as big for a family. The lamp shades were so stained, the mirror right next to it is very nasty that has not been cleaned. The whole room looked very old and not in good condition. Worth the price? No not at all. Please don’t stay here there is other better options for better quality.

The room was loaded with roaches. I had to buy a can of raid and oh my goodness. There everywhere... I can't believe they don't spray for roaches....Two lamps in rm don't have light bulbs... Other then that it was alright. Loved that they had breakfast

There are litteraly bed bug all over this hotel do not come here, EVER, you will regret it. Apperantly "Policy states that you have 1 hour to search the whole room to see if you can find cockroaches, or bed bugs and they will give you a full refund, one minute over and automatically defaults to 10%" this was stated by the guy working the desk. Managers here do beter, this is ridiculous I'm a Veteran and I have to throw out my clothing so I don't infect my home with bed bugs.

The room was nice and big and pretty clean. This place is not perfect but for the price you can’t beat it! It’s a nice place to stay if your not too picky, and breakfast is included! You can save some money here! I highly recommend this motel! They have very good management!

To my surprise the hotel was not at all like people are saying it is on reviews , I'll definitely be back .. its worth the money very affordable ..comfortable bed, clean showers, clean sheets & towels.. Smart TV with YouTube Netflix etc.

I just don't get it , if y'all are so up class then why are you staying at laquinta? .
