Scheduled an appointment to inspect my breaks and axles. ( Was concerned about my front right side ) ended up not needing breaks but did need the axle done. I went ahead and had both done so they were matching and new seemed very reasonably priced and work was done pretty quick. I was impressed from the very moment I got there! One of the techs even ran out to my car to greet me when I had pulled into the parking lot and I mean LITERALLY ran haha. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is they had told me they aired up all my tires to spec, But something didn't feel right when I left and I got a Tire pressure monitoring system light go off on me. I checked them all myself immediately and all 4 tires were all over the place not even close to one another in psi and my front left being way more than the others. Simple fix by me luckily so other than that felt like I had great service.

I had a tire light on Friday afternoon at 4:00 and the temp was 107... The young lady at the counter got me checked and in a few minutes the tire was off and being repaired. The tech was very friendly at the end of a long hot day. Great service from everyone involved.

Bought my car here for a standard patch job. Tech put the bar through my tire somehow. So they say I have no choice but to buy a new tire for 382. Last time I replaced one it was 162. Not only are they price gouging they lie and make you buy something you didn’t need before you got here

I meant to make this review the last time I've had my tires rotated the service member Chris was very fast and very helpful had me in and out in less than a hour for a walk in tire rotation, here I am on my next walk in rotation and the team had my car in the shop before I can get my popcorn and take a seat I am extremely satisfied with my experience here and will continue to shop here for my other vehicles I used to purchase tires ant xostco but I like the les schwab tire warranty more and the confidence tires they recommended me have handled well so far and no extreme wear a little more noise than my last set but my last set were michelins and had a less aggressive tread.

Had to go here to get my tires rotated and balanced on my 2016 ram 2500. It ended up being a four and a half hour wait and they never rotated my tires from front to back but instead from left to right and right to left. When I ask them to reset my TPS sensor they started talking down to me and yelling at me about how they don't have time to do that. I paid $150 for this rotation and balance only to be yelled at and talk down to and have my tires flipped from left to right and right to left instead of rotated from front to back and back to front. Absolutely will never go back here. I ended up having to go to Firestone a few days later to have my tires properly rotated and how my TPS sensor reset.
