This place may have been really nice when it was new. That's not the case now. The carpets are dirty, the bathroom ceiling has mildew on it, the tissue dispenser in the bathroom is covered in rust. It's shabby and run down. If you are on the second floor, be prepared to lug your bags up stairs because there isnt an elevator. When we checked in, we were told there was an available room on the first floor and were given a key. As soon as we entered the room, we could see other people's personal items and realized the room was already occupied. We returned to the desk and were given a room upstairs. When we got to that room, we found the door ajar, but it was unoccupied. It was explained to us that housekeeping must not have closed the door.

If all you want is a cheap place to stay, this isn't bad. If you care about it being clean, this isn't the place.

I really hate leaving a bad review, but I feel like I have to warn others. While the lobby looks decent, the room we stayed at was a whole different matter.
The carpeting in the room had multiple stains scattered throughout; the upholstered chair was also stained.
The comforter had a big bright pink stain (which honestly makes me wonder if the even washed the bedding after previous guests since it could have easily been bleached). Besides that the bed was okay and I was able to rest all night. No bed bugs.
In the bathroom, the toilet didn't flush.
Baby pacifier was found under the bed (not mine).
We paid $90+ to stay here. I have seen $50 motel room look better than this.
TLDR; dirty floors, dirty bedding, non-flushing toilet. Things that SHOULD always be decent.
Staff was nice and respectful.

The hotel was for my son and his two friends. I did not read the reviews online before booking the reservation. I wish I had. My son said the rooms were disgusting. The room smelled bad and also had roaches. He did notify management and his room was changed. However, I would suggest that the owners do a better job of keeping their motel clean. After the incident with my son, I read the reviews and all the bad things that was sad is true.

The room was dirty. The floors were stained all over as well as the couch in the room. The light switch was hanging out of the wall. The toilet was molded. The room was so nasty we only stayed for a couple hours. Customer service is horrible although the lady at the front desk was helpful but she wasn't authorized to do anything but book ur room and take ur payment. I wanted a refund because I called the local number and made reservations for a jacuzzi suite but was given a regular room. Couldn't get a refund for their mistake. They stopped answering the phone from my number after I reported a problem once I called the numbers they were giving me the operator as if the numbers were disconnected. By far the worst hotel experience.

I got a rate of only $36 my second night so I’m not complaining too much (thanks Priceline) however, jacuzzi dirty and turned off so it was ice cold and not useable. Dirty carpets, not a lot of staff… hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk for assistance, couldn’t get towels because they’re so unorganized. Oh well. Luckily the bed was clean…. I wouldn’t walk barefoot around this place, it definitely needs a deep clean. All toilets in the downstairs public restroom were clogged, laundry machine out order… I’ve stayed at worse places for triple the price though. ?

This place was not good at all. Smelled musty, stains all over the carpet, the pool was closed down and was filled with green nasty water. After 2 trips back and forth to our room when the key wouldn't work, the desk clerk told us we would have to just get them to let us into our room EVERY TIME we left and came back. Didn't even offer to move us to a different room. In the room there was a dirty comb laying in the office chair. The shower drain was very slow so we had to shower standing in 2 inches of water. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Beds were not terrible but not comfortable. The only positive was that the desk clerk was friendly. Stay away from this one unless you are on a very tight budget and can't get anything else.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If I could rate this as a negative star I would. This is one of the worst, most disappointing hotels I have ever walked in to. I booked my reservation in January of 2021 for the SFASU graduation that was held in May of 2021. The front exterior of the establishment was upgraded and the lobby was nice, however once we walked into our room it was a different story. I was shocked. The smell was musty and our eyes began to tear. I thought to myself and told my family, let's give it a chance. Yes, it is old but lets look around. Well as we walked further into the room it was not any better. The carpet was horribly stained, and to top it off it was soaking wet. You could literally hear the water under your feet. I went back to the front desk and explained our findings and asked for another room. They said the rooms that were by the pool sometimes get water in them. I explained to them our room was no where near the pool. Then they said the carpets had just been cleaned. I'm sorry, but I don't think so. I asked to be placed in another room and it was the same thing. There was no way I was going to allow my family to stay in such a place. I went back to the front desk and checked out. I was told there was no manager on the premises and that I was, so far that evening, the 5th person to check out hours after they checked. The person on duty, his name was Sam, said that the headquarters for OYO overbooked on purpose because of graduation. That there were many rooms that t needed to be worked on and in deplorable conditions but they opened them up and booked them anyway. I still have yet to receive a refund for my reservation. DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU WILL ONLY GET THE RUNAROUND AND NO SERVICE TO YOUR COMPLAINT!!!!

I actually can't believe how bad this place was. The carpet was stained, room smelled like stale smoke,weed, and mold. Carpet was stained and disgusting. There was garbage on the floor. And that's not the bad part. The bad part is the dried vomit on the floor in one of the rooms + baby roaches in the room and big ones in the hallway.I did not stay in the room. We rented 2 rooms and both were completely destroyed. I should have known from the homeless people and stray cats in the parking lot, but I didn't. Don't make the same mistake. This place should not even be open.
