Do not use this company. We made plans in April for Malibu to come open our pool. The day of the appointment came and they never showed up and barely responded to texts or calls. 20 texts and many many unanswered calls later and weeks have gone by-- we have no pool. Every other company is booked up because you need to make plans months in advance, like I thought I did. We are going to be without a pool all summer. My kids are heartbroken. Such a waste of time and energy and good will. When he did answer the phone, which happened twice, he promised that he would get it done and then strung us along more. I wish I could give zero stars.
