We are not the member of the club however we are taking our nine year-old son to the basketball class on Saturdays and the coaches are so amazing. I really wish as adults. We had such attentive coaches. I surround your recommend you check it out if your son or daughter likes basketball. BEST BASKETBALL CLASS FOR KIDS. Thank you Neda

Mayfair Clubs is hands down one of the best fitness and recreational facilities I’ve ever experienced! 🎾🏋️‍♂️

The variety here is incredible — from tennis and squash to pickleball and state-of-the-art fitness facilities, there’s something for everyone. The courts are top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to maintain them in excellent condition.

As a squash enthusiast, I’ve been particularly impressed with the competitive yet welcoming community. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to learn, improve, and have fun. 🥇

The fitness center is well-equipped, clean, and spacious, with a great selection of group classes. And after a good workout or game, the amenities like the lounge and restaurant offer the perfect spot to relax and refuel.

New pickleball courts are great! Proper hard court surface, high contrast lines, decent distance from baselines to walls, solid nets, good lighting, high ceilings. Checks all the boxes.

I went there as a guest through one of my friends.
Great club but aside from that, one of the swimming instructors(Mina) was absolutely a pro. Gave a few tips in a short amount of time which made it so much easier to level up compared to my previous experiences with other instructors.
Definitely recommend her lessons 💯💯

Mayfair is like Canada used to be a decent place but after Trudeau I mean Mellisa ruined it it’s turned into a community center. Actually a community center is better maintained !
Blocking emergency exits to avoid a flood instead of fixing the issue of drainage is disgusting and against all fire code and building codes place should be shut down

I have been a member here for years. I love the idea. But something is wrong. To be clear I come here to use the gym. That is about it, I like a quieter spot with good machines. But this "renovation" is a bit of a joke.
I remember looking at the rendered photos and thinking cool based ON HOW MUCH THEY MAKE this looks sick and optimal for the future.

but no, the gyms showers, hot tub, steam etc ARE EXACTLY THE SAME if not a little bit smaller. I have a private room locker yet all of the same people are jammed into a corner. with empty lockers around us.

the "new" gym floor is the bare minimum of restoring a property, they are probably scared of another flood due to the lack of grounding apprntly and where this building is built. it needs to put more into the bones before it can suggest anything new. you can just see shortcuts everywhere in the construction and the fact they didn't really renovate anything and slapped lipstick on a dying pig. My favorite bike machines had a broken bike for about 2 years. They just threw it out so there is now 3 bikes instead of 4. no tvs for the treadmills or the bikes, so you stare at the ceiling, smh.
the benches go all the way into the entrance with the towels. whomever designed this was a NOOB and it shows through and through, the manager here or someone in that chain should figure it out already. we all deserve better. this needs to be rebuilt or else. so they did put a massive garage door style window in the gym, so you can watch old women and little children learn how to play tennis and pickle ball. SO INSPIRING.

they literally installed the same hottub, steam room and sauna gear with updated switches. laughable and I think unsafe, no alarms in ANY of these facilities.

I love this place but come on wake up. one of the cars parked outside cost more than this "mens" Sauna. It is not 1985.

I went to Mayfair club to become a member in September, and the salesperson there told me through the club’s official email that there would be a good deal for me if I brought cash with me. Then I brought the cash with me on the afternoon of September 10th and gave cash to the employees there, asked me to sign a membership application form and activated my membership account without giving me a receipt. Later, in early November, my membership account was banned. Because the club said they didn't receive my membership fee, the employee who collected my money was fired. I feel like this club is defrauding consumers by taking their membership fees and then firing their employees. Put ali the blame on the consumer.

The manager(Jennifer)here dealt with the problem by first questioning the credibility of the member and blocking my account. This means that property safety cannot be guaranteed at any time at this club.

I've been a member since 1990. The personal trainers and gym facilities are generally excellent. The treatment of the members by the management of the club (i.e. President, Melissa) is in a word disgusting. Communications if and when followed up are usually dismissive, negative and sarcastic. A lesson in PR is sorely needed here if it's even repairable. It's almost as if they want members to leave and sometimes even suggest it. Client oriented service is severely lacking at the top. Men's lockers have been closed for a year due to a fire and asbestos in the ceiling that they didn't tell the members about for quite some time and when questioned, we were told it wasn't loose or displaced so there was no health concerns. That's not exactly reassuring. The temporary locker facilities have been woefully inadequate, overcrowded, not very secure nor private. I hear membership is bleeding and I know why. Any co-members I speak to are miserable and it's common refrain, they don't give a sh-t about long term members and have no respect. They refuse to make any leave of absence fee adjustments for snowbird members no matter how many years they've loyally paid their dues and have a "if you don't like it leave" attitude. Valid member criticisms and comments are usually rejected outright or ignored. Were it not for the gym and excellent trainers and staff there, I'd have quit years ago. If I were shopping today I'd look elsewhere.
