***Update I spoke with Morgan & Morgan today and they advised that they will NOT be able to represent me in my accident and that I should contact another attorney for representation. Due to this I am reducing my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. They are only getting 2 stars because they referred me to the Chiropractor and the imaging. Morgan & Morgan claim: "We work hard for our clients and want to do the very best we can for them as we understand these can be trying times for our clients". They also claim to represent the little people, however when it comes right down to it do they really?

They set me up with a chiropractor. The chiropractor is arranging for Uber to take me to and from all of my Chiropractic appointments. They also helped me schedule MRI imagining for my back. Morgan & Morgan has a dedicated app to help you with everything related to your car accident. Plus they did all of this for me within 2 days.

I give them 2 stars because the attorney, Grant, did a wonderful job. However, they were also handling a secondary case for me for social security disability, and that experience alone was nowhere near worth my time. The contact agent never was in contact. The last time I spoke with her, I requested to have them removed from my case so I could hire a different lawyer that would actually communicate with me instead of never answering a phone call or email. I was told she is sending me papers to sign and that was over 10 mo the ago now. Still no paperwork nor does anyone try contacting me. I cannot hire another lawyer until my existing one is removed. It is quite ridiculous to have a lawyer politically nothing at all for you. If I could leave a zero star review, I would.

If I could give this organization a zero star, I would. My case was nothing but an unorganized mess. In the time that I waited for my case information, I lost my job and my house. I am facing life changing medical issues and need nothing but a release form from this law firm. Since there is nothing in it for them, I’ve been passed around, hung up on and still have not received this form, that I need to get further medical assistance from my personal primary care doctor. I have accumulated so much medical debt, going to hospital because I’ve been denied by every doctor, due to the lack of a form they are not providing me with. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. RECONSIDER YOUR CHIOCE IN LAW FIRMS. THIS PLACE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THEY OPERATE OFF OF GREED.
