I moved nearby more than two years ago but hesitated to join this gym because of the average reviews. Turns out a lot of those have to do with the difficulty to cancel memberships. While I also hate this practice (I don't know why US gyms insist on doing it that way), I can ignore it for now and review the gym on its merits as a gym. If you plan on cancelling, read the fine print, follow the instructions, be polite, and be persistent!

Other than that, I love this gym! Despite joining with the new year's crowd, I have always been able to find the equipment I need with at most a few minutes wait. I do try to avoid the most crowded times which seems to be 5-8pm. Everything is kept very clean including the pool which always looks crystal clear.

Some of the extra amenities have been inaccessible since I joined, pending some sort of inspection. The main amenity I am waiting for is the towel service. That said, my favorite amenity is available and that's the sauna. Only wish it was about 10 degrees hotter, though.

Finally, the staff has been great. I am almost always greeted checking in or leaving. Shout out to Jameel and Kade for being great instructors and trainers!

My family of 5 enjoy attending this gym. The kids love the kidz club daycare and staff. Management is so knowledgeable and helpful. The gym is always clean and I’m looking forward to the upgraded amenities. Red light therapy, leg compression and towel service! The classes are awesome as well. I’d highly recommend joining if you’re considering it. Nice for a good work out and recovery like the sauna and pool.

Absolutely love this gym!! First, it’s clean! The sauna is amazing and my favorite part of my workout. It can sometimes get really crowded during the busy hours so I go during early morning or instead of going when kids club is open I go outside of those hours. Sam, Gina and Bryanna are three of the nicest people at that gym! They are so professional and always smiling when you walk in and when you leave.

My membership was canceled for some reason. I requested April and when it wasn’t cancel I decided not to cancel, just to walk in this morning and to understand it was canceled. The guy at the front desk was rude, didn’t cooperate, didn’t offer me a free pass even tho I told him I didn’t want to cancel and I am on a hurry to work out and leave and then I will renew my membership, he made me pay 20 dollars and was really annoyed. After being a member for 3 years that’s what I get. Also there is no towel service, no massage chairs( it’s been build for 3 Months but not available to customers). No soap in the showers this morning either…. But yet the guy at the front desk treat me as criminal after I’ve been paying without missing a payment for 3 years… I renew my membership for now, but I am really questioning if I should keep coming to this location…..

Bunch of crooks. My wife and daughter ( 2 years old) went here for about 4 months. Multiple times my wife would drop off my daughter at the daycare, and come back to no one at the desk. Could easily just walk up and take someone’s kid without anyone knowing. We where in the middle of potty training, so my wife informed the daycare, if my daughter asks to go potty at anytime, to call her so she could get her and take her to the restroom. My wife worked out for 45 minutes. When she picked up my daughter, the daycare stated she asked to go potty, but “was too busy to call my wife. Wife went to change my daughter who had dried poop all over her, not one phone call was made. Then another time, my wife went to pick up my daughter from daycare, and they brought my wife a random kid! No accountability, child neglect, and after a month of trying to cancel our membership, they still charged us the monthly fee! I just got off the phone with the gym, 0945 on a Wednesday and a manager is not available. Same story every time I call, or even come in. Stay far away from this gym.

Knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Nicely maintained. Equipment variety is vast, you will for sure find what you like there. Plenty of free parking right in front. Best option in the area!

It’s truly disappointing to see a lack of respect towards your members, especially with amenities being closed without proper communication or consideration. Many of us members feel unheard, and it’s unfortunate that neither local management nor corporate seems willing to listen to our concerns.

Please know that we, as members, are coming together and will begin sharing our experiences through reviews on all platforms. We hope this will encourage you to address these issues and prioritize your members’ satisfaction. It’s sad that it has come to this, but open dialogue and accountability are essential for a positive member experience.

Owners only care about money and don’t value customers. I hurt my leg going there for a week and tried to cancel my membership but they ignored my suffering and asked me to pay 120 for cancellation. I did not know I singed a contact for 1 year. I also got charged double the amount for one month. Stay away from this gym they don’t care about you but only money.
