On-Time Pool Service replaced a 12-year-old, residential, 20,000-gallon pool pump system consisting of a fixed speed pump, cartridge filter, and saltwater chlorine generator (see photos). A work crew headed by Justin (lead) and Ken (assistant) spent about 3 hours removing the old system and installing a new system consisting of a variable speed pump (Pentair VST), cartridge filter (Pentair Clean and Clear), and automatic chlorinator (see photos). The pump was programmed, and the work area was completely picked up prior to departure. Justin and Ken were very professional, well equipped, and knowledgeable. Jason (work coordinator, not shown) provided a prompt, informative, and cost-effective response to our request for cost estimate. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the work completed. Hats off and two thumbs up to all for a job well done.

I just had the best experience with On-Time Pool Service! I found them through their amazing reviews, and they truly lived up to the hype. James was super friendly and helpful when I reached out to them online, and he even called me to make sure all my questions were answered. He totally understood my busy schedule and was happy to communicate with me via text, which was a huge help.

What really blew me away was that they went out of their way to provide same-day service right before Labor Day. James made sure everything was crystal clear by sending me a follow-up email with all the details.

When Ken came to service my pool, he went above and beyond by sharing some great tips for a newbie pool owner like me. He spent a lot of time making sure our pool was sparkling clean and even showed me how to work the pool pump timer.

I can't recommend On-Time Pool Service enough. They made a fantastic first impression, and I'm really looking forward to their weekly service. Shout out to James and Ken for being awesome!

I’ve been really impressed with on time pool service. They had already been taking care of our pool when we bought our new house so we decided to continue with their services and see how they did and I’m so glad we did. Elliot is a real nice guy and does a very thorough job. Another nice thing about them is they are a full service pool company so they can repair any issues with our equipment as well. There are cheaper options in Sarasota for pool service but not nearly as thorough, you definitely get what you pay for.

Blessed to have had Frank assigned to us when On-Time agreed to service our pool in in our newly established neighborhood. Nicole in the office reworked routes to add us! Every positive thing I had read about their service is true. Our new construction pool is perfectly balanced and in pristine condition. Even the builder reps who have seen our pool have commented on how well maintained it is. This crew goes the extra mile - Frank will even walk around the property while here if we are out of town and make sure all is secured. His new associate, Josh, is now working with us and Frank has taught him well- zero issues! Thanks to Frank, Nicole and Josh we never worry about our pool! You get what you pay for and more.
