The behavior of this employee is very rude. He closed the children’s pool multiple times out of laziness! He didn’t want to do his job! He was even rude to another employee who tried to help us by reopening the children’s pool! Listen! This is a place where access costs money! Therefore, customers deserve to be treated with respect! If you don’t like your job, quit and don’t ruin the experience for those of us who come to have a good time with our children.

He should be FIRED. 😡😡😡

I‘m a Forest Hills resident who became a member at Park City Swim Club this summer because my husband and I wanted our daughter to have quick access to a private pool all summer long. I will never give this place patronage again after this summer…1.) the deny us repeat access to kiddie pool 2.) a life guard was rude to one of my cabana guests/family member!

I paid $1650 for the whole summer June-Sept with the use of a Cabana, Lounge chairs and a few extra chairs. Our daughter loves the kiddie pool because she is two years old. We have come here three weekends in a row now and have been told the kiddie pool isn’t open and won’t open because they are short staffed. Today was the 2nd time we brought guests to our cabana for a playdate and were denied access to the kiddie pool on an extremely slow day. I asked a life guard three times today to please open the kiddie pool for my daughter and her little fturns. I got the runaround each time. Upon leaving for the day to pick up some ice cream at their little (empty!) shop, I brought it up to Will and Ashley (owners/managers/brother and sister) about the kiddie pool issue. I was immediately met with a nasty attitude from Ashley lying about telling me I could use the kiddie pool and then blaming her staff for not wanting to open it. I reminded her I’m not about to argue with her in front of my child and that I was NOT told that but instead told that the pool needed to be cleaned/wasn’t clean and that they were not putting anyone there. Not only are we members but that day I paid $50 for my guests entry so their child could enjoy the pool with us!

Two weeks prior, we had a play date with my cousin/guest and had access to the kiddie pool but a life guard was rude to her by scolding her about being in our area (saying “what are you doing back here”, “you don’t belong back here”) This kid almost caught my wrath! She was a single mother with a child and our guest! What do you think she is doing back there? Stealing?

I’m going to post this review and spread the word everywhere that this place is garbage! I’ll also be reporting them to the health department. Don’t stand in line, don’t buy a membership and don’t waste your time with these filthy clowns 🤡 Let them sink in their own cesspool.

I’m beginning to think this pool of full of racists, who look down on people from other nationalities. The so called manager stated that the owner does not care about what’s on their website. They do not even have courtesy to go outside and tell the people if they will be able to go in or not. She pulled the capacity card on me, even though people were exiting the pool. While I was waiting on the line, she completely ignored everyone and was even nasty to whoever try to ask a question about the capacity situation. If I did my math right, when 3 people come out, 3 people should be able to go inside. Well according to her, there were parties, which made no sense at all. People should treated with respect whether they are members or not. There is a fee to get in, we are not begging them to allow us inside.

They are dishonest people. At the entrance it says that the service is until 6:00 pm. Three of us entered at a cost of 16 dollars each. It was 5:00 pm and at 5:25 they kicked us out. Terrible customer service. They should have informed us of this before making the payment. I do not recommend it in the least. My daughters were quite sad.

Woman at the front desk that claims to be manager is very rude. No updates in their website or social Media accounts for nonmembers. Now they are making people wait hours in line. The argument was full capacity. But 3 people exited and no one was let inside from the line.
If the rules are changing for the use of this pool, (just like the prices go up every summer). Then, also update the information about nonmembers being subject to wait.
I find it very disrespectful. I spoke to the manager on 7/14/24. Her argument about capacity was not valid when people were leaving the pool and no one from the line was let inside. I mentioned that the website should be updated. She said the website cannot be updated. I said, but the prices are updated every summer on the website. She said has no control of the website. That the owner does not care about the website. It seems like this place cares more about profit, then the treatment of paying customers.if this pool no longer wants nonmembers to attend. Then, make that change, But if you do, the. You need to treat people with decency.

If you don't have small kids it would probably get another star. But basically pool lacks real administrative professionals. Kids are running the show this resulting in alot of R rated activities going on. Mature actions that children should not be privy to! But it will beat the heat,my only take away!
