Hotel appeared to be decent. However after laying down realized it was in fact not. The tv didn’t work and could not charge my electronics due to outlets not working. Front desk said since the bed was already touched I would have to get a new room in the morning since I am doing a 2 day stay. In the morning issues only got worse bathroom door knob keeps locking and almost fell off. Mold in bathroom. Go down stairs for a switch rooms and get the run around. Everyone says manager needs to approve but fail to get them. Staff are not friendly and just keep trying to pass the issue off to someone else. They will not comp room or give refund so I can go somewhere else. If you want a good experience I do not recommend this hell hole marketed as a newley renovated hotel. This hotel screams landlord special just slap pain on it and call it remodeled.

Right off I-10, Rooms are being upgraded but bathrooms are so small that the door just clears the toilet. Service was good, rooms have small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Soda's are all $2/12oz can. Continental Breakfast consists of make your own pancakes, small muffins, small bagels, toast, coffee and watered-down orange juice.

I normally don't leave less than great reviews on Google, but I feel the need to.

The location was convenient to what we were in town for. The rate was cheap. The room was in good condition, except the HVAC unit was not on when we checked in so the room was humid and stuffy and took a couple hours to actually cool down.

The room door had a 1.5 inch gap under it - which let in a lot of road noise and of course an open invitation for bugs, and let the cold air out and hot air in. We used a towel to block the gap at night. The security latch is also not tightly on the door, posing a problem if someone wanted to kick the door down, it wouldn't be hard to achieve.

The morning of checkout (today), we were moving a little slow because my husband was feeling ill. It was about 11:20 and I was getting ready to start bringing things down to the car. Housekeeping knocked and I told her 10 minutes and we'll be done/out (we were about 75% packed).

2 minutes later I take a load down to the car. I left the latch open the door to get back in. Housekeeping walked right into the room while my husband was trying to finish packing. I go back up and bring another load down, and the front office person goes to the room, knocks, my husband says "give me a minute", front desk knocks again, husband repeats himself, and front desk person tells my husband we "need to leave". It's 11:27. Clearly we are indeed leaving because you see me carrying our bags down and my husband was about to come down right behind me with more stuff.

Front office person FOLLOWS my husband down to the car as if to ensure we were, in fact, leaving.

I can understand if you have guests who are an hour or longer beyond their checkout time & don't acknowledge it; you have to turn the rooms and you have limited staff to get that done for the arrivals you have coming in that day.

We were 27 minutes past checkout, my friends. We know what time checkout is. We couldn't control one of us feeling ill and having a hard time trying to get moving in the morning for fear of barfing again. I told your housekeeping person 10 more minutes, you harassed us and told us we need to leave not even 5 minutes after that, and follow my husband down the stairs to the car?

Not cool. I worked in hospitality for 6.5 years, and I worked front desk. I understand not everyone is out exactly at checkout time. However, we clearly were packing up to get out of the way. We don't leave the rooms trashed. We don't cause disruptions to other guests. We don't do illicit activities in our room.

Give people a break. We won't be back to this location.

I stayed three nights at an average of 60.00 a night with a 100.00 deposit. You can use cash for the deposit.
The rooms were clean , everything worked , the stay was very nice , very respectful and courteous staff with an excellent breakfast. Well worth your money on this stay , they have a pool they clean often and overall is a quiet and peaceful location. I was more than rested and recharged after my stay !!!!
Keep up the great work to everyone here because this is exactly the kind of experience one should have from a hotel experience !!!!!!!

The house keeping was great. The room was clean and housekeeping was available throughout our stay. However the room is not properly insulated with gaping holes under the door causing all air to escape and bugs to come in. The mini split was working hard to cool down the room in the summer heat. Additionally the front desk service is atrocious!! I called an hour and a half ahead of time to ensure my room was ready by the time I got into town. The person on the line confirmed my name without me providing those details and assured my room was available. When I arrived they stated it wasn’t on file and I needed to contact support over the phone. When I insisted multiple times they gave me the confirmation over the phone prior to me providing my name they got the manager involved who finally stated he was the one who made an error and changed the email, name and phone number of my accommodation to an entirely different person not associated with me
 they did this to a client who was next in line behind me as well who happened to be a police officer and he was not pleased. The next day my room key was not working and when we went to get it fixed this same exact issue was happening with another client. It seems they do this “mistake” consistently. It makes no sense why they would be changing personal booking information to other peoples names and number/email. It seems very fraudulent and sketchy. Ultimately they weren’t able to take the other persons information off of my reservation either. I would never reccomend this establishment.

DO NOT BOOK HERE NO MATTER WHAT PLEASE READ. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked through hotels tonight as I needed a cheap spot for a couple days. I knew I chose a cheap spot but this was way beyond that. I get to the room and the a/c unit was off (88 degrees that night) and the fridge was broken. I grocery shop and keep a cooler with me. I thought no big deal until
 the COCKROACHES started coming out. I immediately took my things back to my truck and went to the front desk to ask if I could just get a refund and leave. They told me I needed to contact hotels tonight for that So I did and they decided that I was eligible for a refund due to video evidence of COCKROACHES. They called the hotel and the hotel refused the refund but offered to switch my rooms. I said I didn’t want that I just want to leave I don’t trust this place. I went back to the front desk and asked why they denied the refund and all he could say was he doesn’t have the authority. So I asked for a manager. Not available was what I was told. Gave me an email address. According to health codes a manager MUST be at least available by call at all times for a hotel/motel. They refused to get me in touch with one. So I asked where the other room is and they said THE ROOM RIGHT NEXT DOOR. I said that’s not ok that’s completely stupid. So they took me across the building and went in to inspect it and what do you know, a dead COCKROACH behind the tv stand. I showed the worker and he rushed me out so I couldn’t get a picture of that one. He said I have to email the manager who responds in 3-4 days. It’s been 6 days since I’ve been there and I’ve called multiple times a day every day asking for a manager and there is never one there. They have just stolen my money. I’ve been in contact with hotels tonight trying to get them to reimburse me since I technically paid them and they can deal with these horrible people about getting their money back. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed at. Do not stay here IMHO. It's in a horrible location. Traffic on all sides which you hear all night. The main issue is it's very dirty. Place was sooo dusty and disgusting. Roaches walking allover the place. One was smashed on the wall and was not cleaned during the two day stay while we waited for the manager to get back to us. Noisy refrigerator and no security latch on the door. The pancake machine was out of order and wife did not feel good from the eggs. We asked for a couple of extra pillows as I suffer from shoulder pain and front desk Neal flat out said no. I wanted to leave as soon as we got there but priceline stated that we must get managers written approval first. Manager was not on site so we were forced to stay for half of the booked stay. Manager would NOT approve credit for the first two nights stay and took more than 48hours to get back to us initially. So we were stuck. I was pulling dust balls from horizontal surfaces and would not dare to step foot in the pool. See others photos. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures and IMHO i would NOT stay here ever again. This place is a horrid place unless you like cocroaches crawling on you all night IMHO. YMMV
