It's a decent place I didn't really have any trouble except for the people that smoke 420 it's kind of strong makes you nauseous. I believe Johnny was the one who checked me in she's very professional and on point breakfast and coffee okay nothing to write home about I didn't have a chance to try the pool some of the other residents and guests are a little bit loud with slamming doors all damn time but it's definitely an older place and needs some maintenance work done

Bummer this place has so many negative reviews - I had a great stay!! Service was great (front desk was super friendly), room was very clean and quiet (surprising considering it’s right on 119), super hot water and good water pressure in the shower, and if you’re on the west side on the 2nd floor you get Mountain Views!! Can’t beat that.

Only downsides: the rooms don’t have blackout curtains, only sheer, and the rooms smell a tiny bit off. Totally fine if you are okay with some light in the room at night. Next time I stay, I’ll just bring an eye mask and room spray!

Our room, hallway smelled good. Out dated though. We checked mattresses, no bed bugs. One of our queen beds did have a stain on it. But sheets looked clean.
Hotel could use an update. Long outdated hallway. Front desk friendly.
Definetly over priced for what it is.
I wouldnt stay here again. But stay wasnt as bad as i thought it would be.

The place was dirty. I was exhausted but did check for bug residue, i didnt see anything, but I woke up with bites all over me, later confirmed to be bed bug bites. Attempted to speak with Eric Lee at the front desk, just to inform him tnat they may have a new infestation....he was hateful, rude, dismissive, and condescending. I contacted Choice hotels and they were more willing to listen, but I doubt thw problem will be taken care of. Traveler beware!

If it weren't for being so tired and the front desk person being so personable and convincing that the facility was just as good as any, I would not have stayed. You can visibly see the area is busy with the truck stop next door and the neighborhood pretty poppin with late night sketch activity. This hotel was clearly long-term stay for most guests. You can see that from the parking lot, i.e., posters hung on walls and plants in windows. It was dirty to my standard. Splats of stuff on bathroom walls, dirt, and hair on the floor. Ants were all over the nightstand and the phone. Strange smell in hallways. Apliances and old counters in the hallway and outside side doors. The front desk agent was awesome though, great customer service skills! Like i said he sold me 2 rooms that i normally would've run from. Had it been mediocre customer service, i would have gotten a refund and hit the road as soon as i saw the poor quality at the Inn.

THEY HAVE BEDBUGS.
I stayed here a week or two ago with a friend we stayed one night, the next day we found a bed bug. We told the manager at the front desk and she insinuated that we were lying by saying they don’t have bed bugs and since we already stayed the night I wouldn’t get a refund. We even showed her a picture and she said that wasn’t a bed bug. She raced upstairs and said since she “didn’t see any” that it wasn’t true. Upon looking further we found multiple stains on the bed as well. The manger lady said her name was “PJ” if that’s even true. Very dirty and unprofessional

Positive: Nothing Negative: The receptionist was not cooperative and friendly.I arrived tired at 10:55 pm but he didn't check me in and ask me to wait after switching his shift at 11 pm although it won't take him more than 5 minutes to check me in. I was checked in at 11: 15 pm

VERY unprofessional and unacceptable my father in law was going in to get a room and the “manager” there discriminated him because he was Mexican and because he didn’t speak any English. He suggested him to find somewhere else to stay. This is NOT okay and I need someone from your management team to give us a call!
