The breakfast was the worst of all. There were many bowls and containers for fruits, yogurts,… but those were all for decorations as they were empty all morning everyday. There were so many people eating standing as there were no seats and the breakfast was just coffee, sussage, eggs and serials. The bread is only white bread and there is no teabags. I asked for teabags and the front desk only brought one teabag for me a family of four. Tea was provided if you ask. There were no jams, cheese,… the hotel overall is old with dirty carpets. There was only one Hispanic guy that worked hard to provide best customer service.

This has to be one of the most run-down, disgusting hotels I've ever been in the my first room looks like it had just been broken into. Both TVs had been ripped out of the wall, and there was a very strong aroma of sweaty gym socks. I will say the front desk worker did handle my problem with the first room in a timely manner and immediately gave me a new room and apologized for the inconvenience. The second room was not much better. Yes I did have two working TVs but the room itself was disgusting. I guess the whole hotel just smells like an old locker room mixed with mildew because that's what I walked into with the second room as well. There were stains that look like fecal matter on the wall by the bathroom sink, there were disgusting stains all over the walls and floors. Didn't look like the carpeted portion of the room had been vacuumed in the month. It was pubic hair in the shower and on one of the beds. And there was dust and a sticky-ish film on almost everything. As I'm writing this I'm debating on sleeping in my car for the rest of the night. I work in the tourism industry in a destination city and have to stay at many hotels. This is honestly one of the worst ever. I strongly recommend a visit from a regional manager or something to try to bring this property back because the current owners are failing miserably.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired! Hotel is extremely run down and needs a remodel / facelift badly. Dirty, dingy and smells! Sadly, the maintenance man agreed as he hauled a filthy a/c down to be cleaned solo. Hair dryer was broke, called front desk and he told me he'd check on it....nothing, so I had to go down to the lobby with a wet head and personally ask for a blow dryer.
He questioned me as if I was too ignorant to function a blow dryer. The lighting is dark, TV tiny and sits low on a stand. All just extremely dated and grim. Breakfast is offered, but I honestly wouldn't eat it. We stayed here for a concert and most hotels were sold out, so this was in the narrow choices. Avoid this place until they decide to spend the money to update and clean it up!

No, not like the 'real' quality hotels. Definitely Never ever,ever. . Old, runned down. What works here? No way they clean or Wash the linens I'll update with pics. Promise

We checked in at 4 on Friday and room was hotter than outside stayed for about 50 min to freshen up before meeting up with some family for about 3 1/2 hrs came back and there was bugs all over our bed and walls and the lamps. as my husband and his family went to complain and to check out there was 2 prostitutes hanging out in the lobby. As i was walking out with my 2 year old to get into the car there was another prostitute hanging outside the hotel entrance. We went back to talk to the manager the next day and she said because we checked out at 9 they are charging us for the night! I book through booking.com and in contact with them. DO NOT STAY HERE

There were men outside our door in the hallway from 9:00 pm till midnight talking loud and playing loud music. I tried to call the front desk but no answer. There was very little breakfast at 8:30 and they would not refill anything. We will never stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is not a 3.5 star. It's run down and desperately needs refurbished. homeless outside dumping their trash waiting for someone to go in so they can slide in the door. I didn't let them but someone was nice enough to leave the door propped open. There's one Elevator and it is on its last leg. Carpet is gross. Walls have holes in them. Customer Service was good. My room was clean. I paid $87 which was $20 cheaper than most. If I had known it would've looked like this I probably would've spent the extra $20. I'm a single Mom with twins and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The furniture in the lobby was so filthy that you could see black stains at all the touch points from built-up dirt and body oils from over the years. And if this very public area hasn't been cleaned, how clean are the areas you can't see, like the kitchen?
The little couch in the room was equally filthy, so I couldn't even set my bag on it.
The hot water in the shower was hot, and the water pressure was very good. The drain in the tub was slow draining, but I don't think it was clogged, I think the little lever that opened and closed the drain was loose and didn't allow the drain to open all the way, so I stood in 2" of water while I showered.
The floor in the bathroom looked clean, but you could see stains around the edges of the floor from mop build-up.
None of the people at the desk were friendly, like you would expect in the hospitality industry.
We arrived too late, and we were too tired to leave and go somewhere else, so we stayed.
I hope they receive this review in the spirit in which it is given, so that they can learn and grow and make improvements to their business.
