A well maintained property in a walkable area, the staff was highly accommodating, quick to resolve anything and personable from check-in to even post checkout. The gentleman that checked me in and Bryon were exceptionally wonderful! All amenities are as listed and more. The complimentary shuttle to downtown is always a nice touch of convenience.

Definitely recommend and will be back.

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in San Antonio. The interior is a bit dated but the rooms aren't. The beds are comfy and the ac will freeze you out in the middle of summer. The breakfast is simple but super good and check out is at 12! I highly recommend this place. Also there is plenty of parking.

This review is based on the customer service I received when I called to inquire about booking an extended stay for my nephew, who is starting a new job there. I did not stay at the hotel. The gentleman I spoke with initially said I was unable to book it before I had even asked a question. When I finally explained the situation and what I was asking, he said he didn't know what the rates were and it would be better for me to book it myself online. I asked to speak to a reservation agent to get a clearer picture of how the rates work for extended stays and he handed the phone to another gentleman. He answered with "Yeah, I'm the manager. What?" I said I'd asked to be transferred to a reservation agent and he said ok and hung up on me. I've been a loyal customer and a Bonvoy member for at least 15 years, so it really surprised me to be treated that way while trying to book 30+ nights. I will try another Marriott affiliate because this is definitely an exception to the excellent customer service I've consistently received in the past.

If I could give more than 5 starts for service and rooms I would! Excellent hotel but the service is really what makes it phenomenal! And not just one employee but all of them I encountered! Always helpful and happy about it! The Chickfila of hotels!!!

Service by Byron, the front clerk, was supreme and every time I needed something he took care of me. The rooms were nice, they had a nostalgic vibe when looking at the furniture. While I was staying here they were doing renovations so I’m intrigued to see what the updated rooms look like. Definitely on my list of places to stay!
