There is no way anyone should go unless there is a big change. I’m in a wheelchair and was excited that this pool had a transfer chair but it’s been broken since last year. My godchildren recently moved in with us so we went and have never been spoken to so disrespectfully before. Not just to me but to my 7 and 8 YO godchildren! This experience has made living here anxiety inducing.

This pool is closed more than half the time during posted open hours. Then when they are open the staff is unbelievably rude, turning away families left and right for any reason at all.

Time for an overhaul of the management of this public space.

Came here with the family. 7/15/2023
Wanted to swim but was told my shorts were not permitted. But I had seen several other men with the same type of shorts. I was told they check every one who wants to swim. Which was not the case. When they did the little swimming break the guards got in and started playing themselves in the water. Heard them tell one child he could not go down the slide with his life vest. Second time and more then likely the last time I will be coming here. They need to do a better job with those who they choose to hire

Cute pool. Two or so RUDE staff. I get having rules and regulations but this place is run like a military. I was told my toddler son cannot play with the little fountains of water that are right in the shallow part of the pool? Unfortunately 2 hrs was all it took for me to get up and leave when we were just looking to have fun, its like they want to run you away.

Took my family to go swimming today only to find out that the pool is closed from 4:45 to 8 for swimming lessons. According to my wife no where on the website does it mention anything about the pool being closed for swim lessons. To make matters worse, this is the case Tuesday thru Friday, the bulk of the days the pool is open. How is a person who works a normal job supposed to enjoy the pool during the week. And when the pool is open it is either too hot or too crowded to really enjoy the pool. Thanks for wasting tax dollars for a pool we can't use.

The employees here (with the exception of the one female and a young Hispanic guy) are horribly rude and unprofessional. I'm all for having rules in place to keep the atmosphere enjoyable but they take it to far.1:yelling at small 2-3yr old kids for running , which I understand its a saftey issues with running around the pool but like a small child like that really understands that or remembers that 5mins later the only thing a small child is worried about is having funny and being happy.but they have so called lifeguards here that seem to get frustrated with the small children. They make comments like "omg y'all don't listen" "if s/he runs again thats it s/he can swim" like really. 2: before you go in they ask for you to show ur swimsuit to verify that its proper swimwear..which is fine but they go as far to tell girls to pull their shorts down, and show me ur top. I understand Im At a swimming pool but what makes you think I feel comfortable pulling down my shorts or pulling up my shirt. One guy even asked to feel my husbands shorts like really This is what our tax dollars are being used for. And what really set me off was when one lifeguard made a big deal about my son going down the slide he stated that since my son wasn't 8 I had to be within arms reach at all times.( mind you im in the pool as well watching my kifds.) Even though my son can swim and no other lifeguard there had an issues with him before. What was his response... " I Don't want to have to jump in and save anyone" "if you don't like being around ur child maybe you shouldn't be here". At that point I lost it. Informed the supervisor but wasn't much help. They really need to check the ppl they have working here..the same lifegaud that made the horrible comments I've seen talk to many children and even non English speaking adults horrible. I honestly don't understand how he is even there. The pool is very nice but the people make it horrible. I wish we could enjoy our community pool but the way these kids act, make it difficult
