Good rooms , hot showers , need new towels. TV in the rooms in a wired location. But spacious rooms are great customer service at he front desk. Mike at breakfast was expired did not like that. I told the lady and she took care of it right away but was not a pleasant experience eating expired milk at 0800am. Over all a good trip.

I loved everything about this hotel. It's close to my family, close to literally everything else we would or could need. The staff is super nice, and we met a few exects that were determined to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, the pool a little heavy on chlorine. Really what you would expect for a hotel pool. The air conditioning unit in our suite was amazing! Over all quite pleased with our stay.

SprinHill Suites Lehi at Thanksgiving Point was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Very friendly staff. They all were honestly concerned that my stay was a great one. If I needed any help with anything they were on top of it. Sorry to say I was so busy with my Itenerary, I did not catch the new young man's name but he didn't know something and he took the time to ask and find out to make sure my need were met. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The pool was clean and the hot tub was wonderful. The gym had water and towels. I even observed how well they were training a new staff member. The management cared enough about there staff to make sure they asked how their day was going also. The Marriott is and always will be my first pick when I travel anywhere. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I felt right at home.

We loved our room. Hot tub wasn't super hot and couldn't find a button for the jets. Pool adequate and while bathrooms next to pool, they are not "get changed" friendly - I think a changing room in the bathrooms with one of those suit dryers where it spins your stuff fast to get the water out would be a great addition. Pool area is accessible with power seats for both tub and pool for mobility needs. Cute area outside the pool with seating, a BBQ, gazebo.

Why my score is so low is that there are inconsistencies. The TV said pool open until 11. Staff told me 10. TV said free parking. My invoice had a parking charge. I expected it because the website said their was a parking fee (which is legit dumb at this location to be honest since it's ample parking and not in a major area) but was frustrated by the mixed message. There was something else I forget that the hotel website said that was different than the TV info.

Free breakfast was adequate - hot. Lots of kids around so seemed like very family friendly but also was overwhelming to navigate and parents didn't always clean up their kids spills. In Lehi (obviously) but if you don't know SLC it's quite far from downtown. Sidenote - SLC has the weirdest freeway intersections.

If everything was consistent in messaging I'd have no issue increasing my rating.

I would have no issue staying here again.

Our stay was perfect. The staff were helpful, friendly, and sharp. The room was perfectly clean, prepped, and comfortable. The breakfast and crew were spot on. No complaints whatsoever.

We accidentally "Ubered" to the Marriott Springhill Suites vs the hotel we were actually staying at, 0.5 miles away. I urgently needed to use the restroom; Jordan, at the front desk, was kind and allowed me to use the restroom here (even though I made it clear we were not guests), and also kept an eye on my girlfriend for me while I used the restroom. I cannot say much about the rooms, but, as for the service, you guys for sure get 5 stars from me. Thank you.
