Close to Byu and restaurants. Spent Christmas and new year's in Utah. Friendly staff. They were helpful and seemed to enjoy working for this company. Breakfast every morning was included. Rooms are nice clean and quiet with shower separate from toilet. We had a couch and 2 beds. We all slept well. Check in was easy and extending our stay was also very simple. There was an indoor pool and gym. It was a very pleasant stay. Close to hiking trails Museums and downtown Provo temple.

Really nice and clean spot. The bathroom lighting is not good for women who want to apply make up. One bathroom had the toilet, and a mirror situation that was challenging.. two skinny mirrors in the corner facing each other in an L shape. No place to put makeup although this had the better lighting. More cramped than other spring hill suites we have stayed in, it had a little fridge and a microwave in the room. A couch ( fold out) and a nice desk/ office area. We found the room to be light-challenged however it was a nice clean room

I was a walk-in guest without a reservation, and the hotel front desk staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. The person just stared at us and then quoted the price, kinda judging. The room we were given was in a terrible location, right next to the road, and it wasn’t worth the price they charged. It was my first time staying here, and it will definitely be the last

The beds are not comfortable, rather small. Lighting in the room it’s horrible. Shower and toilet are separate which is a plus. But their doors have glass and the light goes on your face if someone has to use the bathroom at night. My suggestion is to put a black out film on these doors. This place has the best staff I ever seen in a hotel!!!

Traveled to this location with a longtime Marriott customer to attend a BYU football game. I've never been treated this poorly at a hotel. We asked for late checkout the day before (which was granted as a benefit of having platinum elite status). This was never communicated to housekeeping because they entered the room at 3 PM while my kids were napping (checkout was 4 PM). The front desk then called asking us when we would be leaving the room. After checking out, we were approached by a staff member who quite abrasively accused us of stealing pillows from the rooms. We were told to bring the pillows out from our cars or we would be charged for them (perhaps just ask us if we may have misplaced a pillow rather than immediately accusing us of stashing it in our luggage?). We invited them to search our luggage and our cars and offered to do another search of the rooms for them (no pillows were taken and we were baffled as to how exactly one pillow from each room would go missing). Recommendation: count your pillows right after you check in just in case you're short one or two. For some reason, this location likes to lob theft accusations at their most loyal customers. I hope the staff members were just having a bad night. Maybe pillow theft is rampant at this location? We went home with no pillows (obviously) but very frustrated by the whole experience. I plan on attending many more BYU games in the future but I probably won't be staying at this location. Not worth the stress, poor communication, and poor hospitality.

I love this hotel! First thing Kim at the front desk is amazing! Friendly, helpful just what you want when you walk in the door. Pool is nice and clean! Breakfast in the morning was great. There was room cleaning every day!!!!!!! The room itself was so cool. It slept 6. Two queens and a couch with a trundle. The bathroom situation was perfect! Toilet and sink in one room, shower and sink in another little room with a big closet. Small fridge coffee area.
We will be back!!!

Very close to the BYU campus. I stayed there for a couple of days for a site visit. The staff was okay; I didn’t use the amenities, but the breakfast was good. Overall, it was a good stay.
