Just walked out of this place with my friend in tears. We registered for the yoga class… and we were very excited to start. When we arrived, we go in the classroom and an extremely rude man glared at us and said “where’s your mats?”…. We said “hi, this is our first time here” and he said “you need a mat” and we said oh sorry we didn’t know that. And he stared at us in absolute disgust. And yelled in front of the entire class “get out of my classroom I can’t help you!!” Needless to say we were both extremely upset. There was no welcome, he looked and talked to us like we were absolute trash. Thankfully the manager did come over as she saw me in tears and was very nice and apologetic for this man’s behaviour. We will never go back again.

Beautiful building, great pool, horrible new lights. Why maintain the original light system that provided warm lighting when you can replace them with 4000k led panels without diffusers for a little less! Thumbs down

Great facility but horrible interaction with Suzanne who is one of the coordinators in the office. My daughter passed her swimmer level 1 and they were out of badges. I came back a year later to get her badge and the lady assumed I lost it and was trying to get a new one. She stated “we have never been out of badges”. I stated “that is not true” and instead of apologizing for not having the badge she assumed I lied. I found the report card that day after searching my house and showed her the proof, no staple, and no badge!Need to work on customer service!

They should also offer my swimming lessons for kids. They fill up so fast.

This community pool is great. The architecture creates a pleasant environment for swimming with lots of natural light, and there are many different swim times and activities available. The pool and changing rooms seem to be inclusive for people with disabilities, with large doors, a wheelchair ramp into the water, and a spacious private changing room and bathroom(s). The only downside is that this is one of the few pools in the area, so it can get quite busy.

Been haunting this place for years now. Ever since they built it on top of my ancient burial site, I’ve not been able to rest comfortably. The other day, this gang of 4 people and their dog (who could speak fluent English) entered the premises. I assumed they would be like every other group who just swim in the pool and bark at the lifeguards, but then they started to talk about me. I really don’t appreciate being disturbed so I chased them around a little bit. I especially liked chasing them through the universal change room. In which we went through various stalls all in eye sight of a stupid random bystander. I chased them all the way down the hall and into the basement where I was caught in a net. The gang tried to rip my ‘mask’ off, so I disposed of them into the pools filtration system. Seems like the nice maintenance staff and other personnel don’t seem to mind a fruitful vampire like myself roaming around. Don’t check in the basement lol. 7/10 could’ve had a worse building built on my grave.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. You have to sign up two days in advance to go swimming. There's no phone number attached to there site. I guess Maybe it's a me problem. But very inconvenient. I miss the Ymca

The water in the leisure pool was very warm and the lifeguards were courteous when I spoke to them. The swim was enjoyable up until I went to change.
I was in the universal change room after my swim when all of a sudden a teenager in a green shirt and brown pants and his dog burst through the door, immediately followed by a cartoonish vampire. They ran through the different stalls, somehow exiting different stalls than the ones they entered. They changed positions sporadically, eventually ending up with the teen and the dog chasing the vampire. The dog then spoke coherent English, albeit with a noticeable speech impediment, and they sprinted from the change room talking about “Fred’s trap”. I don’t think that the dog was a service animal.
I don’t know what to make of this, it seems very unprofessional to let things like this happen in a public facility. 4/5 mediocre experience.

I purchased a year pass and have been swimming 3 times now. No complaints yet. Feels good to be back in the pool.
