The staff at this property are all great! Every staff member I encountered, from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every time I walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Enjoyed our stay at this Staybridge. We recently stayed at a different location near the airport and were less than impressed. This hotel is clean, and the staff is so much friendlier than any hotel we have encountered. Very happy with the breakfast choices. The lobby was okay; seemed they were short staff since it didn't appear as clear as their rooms. The Christmas decorations were nice and inviting and we were able to take a photo in front of the fireplace. There is a daily charge for parking of $25 dollars so just be mindful of this otherwise we were very happy with this hotel and hope to be back soon.

We had a fabulous stay at the Staybridge Convention Center. The two bedroom suite was spacious and having two bathrooms was fabulous. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was excellent and kept well-stocked at all times and the parking we close by (not sure why other people complain about this) and cheaper than other hotels in the area. We LOVED being able to walk 10 mins to Rivercenter. The area was busy and we felt safe at all times. Would def stay here again in the future despite the cost (San Antonio hotels seem to be very expensive) - particularly due to the hotel's location and the comfort of the beds!

I recently stayed here with my HSA class, and I cannot praise this hotel enough. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and cared for. They consistently went out of their way to accommodate us, providing an outstanding level of service that made our stay memorable.

To start, they opened the kitchen early just for us, so we could enjoy breakfast before their usual hours. This small gesture made a huge difference for our early morning schedules. Not only that, but they also allowed us access to the conference room whenever we needed it, creating a convenient and comfortable space for our classes.

The surprises didn’t end there. The hotel even made us dinner three nights a week—a thoughtful touch that went far beyond our expectations. The food was excellent, and it made us feel right at home. Every area was impeccably clean, and the staff frequently checked in to make sure everything was up to our standards. They genuinely cared about our experience and were always eager to help in any way.

This hotel truly sets a high standard for hospitality. Their commitment to our comfort and satisfaction made for a wonderful experience all in all. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely enjoyable stay. Thank you to the amazing team for making our time here unforgettable!

This hotel is great! Close proximity to the Alamodome and walkable distance to the Riverwalk. Safe location. Very clean, hospitable and friendly staff. Great hot breakfast each morning and social hour in the late afternoon. I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms include a small but fully equipped kitchenette. Beds comfortable.

Came to the San Antonio area for a weeklong training. Warm greeting upon entering the hotel and noticed right away noticed how pristine it was downstairs. Took a quick peek at the dining area and loved it, and the lounge area was beautiful, wish it was cold enough for the fireplace. Elevators.....very clean. Got to my room and had to take pics and a video because of my excitement on how amazing my suite was. My classmates all discussed it the next day. Great WiFi, I slept like a baby every night, loved the gym!! Even doing laundry before leaving for home didn't feel like a chore. The staff is extremely friendly and always greeted you with a smile, no matter the time of day or night....they always had a smile on their faces. If they were to rent this out I would be the first to sign up!!!! Highly recommend 🙂

I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites in San Antonio for a work trip, and it was perfect! The hotel is only a 10-minute walk to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, making it super convenient for attending my conference. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and well-equipped. The complimentary breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of options to start the day. Plus, the area has lots within walking distance, which made it easy to grab a bite or explore after work. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Antonio for business or pleasure!

Everything is great and clean really appreciate it. We actually enjoyed the breakfast. We liked the choices. It was a clean area lobby is a little dated perhaps new furniture and carpeting might spruce it up
