I recently visited a pool, and it was a disappointing experience. The pool area was unkempt, with dirty water and debris floating around. The lack of maintenance was evident, and it made the whole place look uninviting. Additionally, the pool seemed to have safety issues, like slippery tiles and broken equipment. Overall, it was not a pleasant or safe environment for swimming. I would not recommend this pool to anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable swimming experience

You can't entirely choose your HOA pool since it just depends where you move, so it feels a bit odd to review it, but here it goes. In our case it wasn't as significant a factor in where we bought a home as other things, but luckily this is a decent pool. It is certainly large, but also seems clean and well maintained. The staff in the past and perhaps now seemed to be hired through some kind of foreign summer program, no problem with that aspect of it, but they were at times uninterested and a bit brusque. More recently this seems to have improved.

There is certainly your typical population of kids, but they do a good job of keeping the kids from preventing adults from enjoying the pool. Hours are long if you decide you need a dip in the evening.

Nice big pool for everyone. There are plenty of chairs to lounge in the sun or you can move them under the trees for some shade and you can bring your own food/drinks or have pizza delivered poolside. Hardly ever gets too crowded ( just the first few weekends after it opens in the summer). Just wish it would open earlier/stay open later in the year based on the actual weather rather than arbitrary dates (memorial to labor day).

Not a bad experience, everyone there is very nice and watchful. 2 questions though: Why are we required to wear masks upon entering and exiting if the people working the check-in are mask less? Is it safe to be putting chemicals in the kids pool while kids are in it?

We enjoy the pool. It's just your average community pool. Love that the shallow end is so large. My kid didn't like the toddler pool, but I liked the gradual decline into it if he would ever use it.

I had very bad experience with this home Association and Still going on . I am posting one picture on.my wall . This picture is the lake of Sugurland Run HOA Sterling va. I have house near by.i am paying 120$ every month I am questioning to HOA why I am paying this much money? If this lake is smell that bad . I was walking with my kids we couldn't walk because of the smell. And I am telling everyone whoever is watching my Review please go to my wall and look at the picture ... Your kids will be Sick by germs ..? And you are paying a lot for nothig?Most of the time I saw trash everywhere? If you guys doesn't clean after this review? I will Go to (HR) of HOA....

Pool was ice cold, went twice both days cold. Life guards were rude, a few that were not on duty playing around very loud, running but yet were telling the little ones NO running allowed!!

They have umbrellas and trees, to protect from sun burns. It is an Olympic sized pool with diving area.
