Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so brauch. Der Pool war nicht sonderlich warm, aber bei den Temperaturen war es sehr erfrischend! Für den Pool gab es Handtücher kostenlos und war sauber. Service war sehr freundlich und wir wurden immer nett begrüßt. Bei der Abfahrt haben wir gemerkt, dass die Autobatterie leer war und haben sofort Abhilfe vom Service Personal erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, was sich aber am Service abspielt unfassbar und nicht nachvollziehbar!

Check in 15:00 Uhr, soweit verständlich und nachvollziehbar. Wir trafen gegen 13:00 Uhr im Hotel ein, dabei meine Frau und unser Baby 1 Jahr. Wir fragten ob wir schon ein Zimmer bekommen könnten, da unser Sohn seinen Mittagsschlaf bräuchte.
20 Dollar extra wären das. Auf die Nachfrage ob das deren ernst wäre, antwortete man uns, das wir ja auch in dem Zimmer wären und nicht nur unser Sohn und wir deshalb Early Check in bezahlen müssten.

Da unser Sohn im Vordergrund steht haben wir die 20 Dollar bezahlt.

Als ein neuer Mitarbeiter unten zu sehen war, fragte ich nach dem Manager und schilderte die Situation. Nee das ist so und wenn sie um 2 gekommen wären, hätte man das aus Kulanz machen können.

Dafür hatte ich jetzt noch weniger Verständnis, das um 13:00 Uhr mit Baby nicht geht und 14 Uhr aus Kulanz schon?

Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und Kundenservice ganz ganz schlecht.

This remodeled hotel has all the modern amenities, and comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Great location near the airport, convenient and safe. The staff was always courteous and accommodating. Special thanks to the front desk staff and management Ricky, Ray and Ryan. I had a very pleasant extended stay. Five stars!

When entering room the AC smell was dingy as if mold in filters. Bathroom set up: there was a dried hard booger on the ledge of the sink counter where it meets the wall. There were pubes on all the towels and toilet area. Toilets seat were dirty with poop splash on the lid and seat had dried urine on it. One Towel had dark or dirt stains as if used prior to clean the floor of something leaving residue on what should be a white towel. We had to actually purchase our own towels due to hygiene concerns. In the evening when attempting to sleep the curtains were missing a hook to close completely. The amount of light coming in from the night lamps around the building was insane. I attempted to place bobby pins to close the gap but they wouldn't stay put. Unable to sleep both nights there. (By the time we were actually home I had a severe migraine from lack of sleep, a trip to my doctor had to be taken.) Breakfast could have been a little more variety but coffee was great. Over all the biggest concerns was cleanliness!

Towel should be thrown if stains are unable to be removed. If genital hair remains rewash/steam clean or ensure bodily hairs or dirt is removed to the fullest.
Bathrooms give the guest an idea on how clean the room is for their family.
Curtains should be kept in tack due to privacy for one and restful night sleep. Perhaps adding an addition curtain to help maintain the extra light out at night.

A BIG heads up this place offers The FREE BREAKFAST and only has watery apple juice and orange juice with toast and waffles and cereal.

Stayed for 3 days and The rooms were clean and well maintained!! Loved the easy access to surrounding areas. And the staff was awesome with their services!!

However the only negative issues I had were the “FREE BREAKFAST” option and their juice machine! For breakfast, there really wasn’t much to choose from. I choose this locations specifically because, My previous experience staying at the hotels under WYNDHAM, I’ve experienced were excellent “HOT” breakfast services that offered a variety of choices. However this location did not. They only offered bread for toast, cereal and milk and waffles. This set up would have been perfect for those with toddlers or young kids. LAST but not LEAST!! All the juices they offered for breakfast were watered down!! I would NOT recommend drinking from their juice section. I stayed for 3 days and every morning the juice was watery flavored!! Really gross!

Overall I would defiantly come back , but would probably avoid the free breakfast option all together.

Super nice. Very nice staff. Give a shout out to Rae,Will, Ricky,Marissa, and Melissa. All great receptionist and took great care of me and respectful to me and my guests. Stayed 3 weeks there and would highly recommend this place to stay. Thank you so much. You made this place very welcoming, and it was comfortable as well.

Awesome stay had just cancel another super 8 do to not specify deposit and I ended up with a better stay and much better looking super 8. Overall awesome stay for sure will be booking here only issue i encountered was this with pets only being allowed only on the first floor would recommend adding that somewhere so I would ask to accommodate me to the bottom floors same on websites.

For a cheap place to stay I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk clerk was very polite even though I got there around 3 am. He helped me through a few issues and brought me a toothbrush. Whoever this man is should be commended for his great interpersonal skills and patience. Thank you for making a bad night better friend.
