This was a very uncomfortable stay. Roaches , mold, and smelly rooms. You don’t get what you pay for. You can save your money and find something a little more desirable. The man at the front did his best to be “helpful”, while knowing he’s selling a nightmare. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable, affordable place to stay …. Turn around. 1 star.

The super 8 was not what we expected the bed had burn holes in it microwave was so rusted that it was not useable the refrigerator was broke screw missing from the door handle had to hold the remote a certain way in able to watch the TV .would not recommend this hotel for the price you pay it needs lots of work

I Would like to express my experience with the staff because it was sweet and friendly, very warm and welcoming. the rooms were decent and comfortable , and it worked out very well being super close to the frost bank center and downtown. my wife and I were looking for places to eat and the front desk went out of their way to give us about 6 different locations to eat at. we choose a mexican restaurant across the street after the concert which was awesome. they were open till 2 and served alcohol as well. It was around 7 minutes to get to downtown which was niceee!

JUST DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! it’s not worth the $60 we paid!!!! Come in to a BAKING room, no air had been on all day(checked in at 9pm) and smells like mold. Go to shower not a drop of hot water, then EVERY SINGLE TOWEL AND RAG HAS HAIR IN IT!!!! The towels were so disgusting and dirty like they weren’t even washed, black like used to mop the floor, had to use our clothes to dry off. Go to get in bed and the pillow has blood satins on it, washed or not that’s disgusting to look at although it WAS NOT faded soooo probably not washed. Pull the sheet all the way off and guess what, someone’s shorts are at the bottom tucked in the sheets. HOW DISGUSTING!!!!! Everything is just nasty. I’ve never been to a hotel with no ice, no soap, no coffee, no cups. They give you nothing but dirty sheets and towels. This is a health violation for sure. If it wasn’t midnight and my elders weren’t already asleep from an exhausting day I would leave. Stripped the bed and sleeping on my cover with no pillow, used clothes to dry with and can’t even get a cup of coffee. Please just spend the extra and go somewhere you aren’t gonna wake up with someone’s shorts around your foot. They also lie about everything! We have no microwave no jetted tub no walk in shower… lots of things that the room says it has it doesn’t. Don’t expect anything but a bed. Update after the night… the toilet won’t flush unless you hold it for over a minute. Sleeping in? Haha housekeeping knocking at straight up 10 when check out is 11 after I said no thank you. “Well are you leaving at check out or staying” man go away!!!! I have a toddler sleeping and you are yelling bothering us. Also this is what I was welcomed to when we turned the lights off… that last picture of the green face was glow in the dark, huge, staring at the bed, what we had to sleep next to. Absolutely trash of a place

I just left this bad place, I have booked a room through Expedia, and it was non- smoking, then when I got my room it was smell really bad it seems someone was smoking in it before we get it, the other thing the trash was everywhere, and the room was not clean. I went to the front desk guy he said I don't have any other rooms, I told him I'll leave and I need a refund, he said I can give you a refund, just have the third party booking company to contact us, then when Expedia contacted them he said he offered me another room. Anyway I lost the $120 that I paid. So I don't want you to be in this situation, please be careful and don't ever think to stay in this place.

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude. Gave me a room with no lights. I asked for another room and he came back and stated that he would just refund my money. He couldn’t provide me with a receipt, as he said their printer was down. Worst experience ever. Will never go back to this location.
