Bett und Kissen sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Preis - Leistung war ok.||||Mann hört den Lärm von der Straße und von dem Pool. Da ich nur für eine Nacht dort war hat es mich nicht gestört, Es gibt wahrscheinlich auch ruhigere Zimmer.||Das Hotel hat kein Restaurant aber es war kein Problem sich etwas zu bestellen.||Der Pool ist klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen hatte ich den Eindruck.||||Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würde ich das Hotel wieder wählen.

Die erste Dame beim Einchecken war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, leider war das schon alles, alle anderen grüssten noch nicht mal, selbst wen man schon "guten Morgen" oder ähnliches gesagt hat, man bekam keine Antwort. |Die Betten sind so hoch das man schwer rein kommt. Klimaanlage war sehr laut und auch von der Umgebung war es sehr laut. Flugzeuge und auch von der Nachbarschaft hörte man jedes Wort. Waschmaschine war "out of Order" und das kontinentale Frühstück viel mehr als bescheiden aus. Swimmingpool gleichzeitig einem Planschbecken.

When you get there they will ask for $100 deposit cash or card, they explain saying it's for damage that we may cause.
I enter my first room and notice the window was not closing and locking and I was in the first floor didn't I feel safe we had a teenager with us. I asked for a different room I had to explain myself twice and I finally received my second room. Entering the room I noticed stains in the floor stains in the wall a hole in the bathroom door and the floor laminate was coming off. I started taking pictures so I will not get charged.
One of the beds was broken squeak all night. I couldn't leave that evening because it was the weekend of the Alamo Bowl in all the hotels where book. I woke up early in the morning started getting my stuff ready to leave as I'm getting ready roaches started coming out crawling out in the walls. I call corporate and told them I need to leave this hotel and to please don't charge me all the nights I had booked. I explained everything and how the pictures in the web page are not the same.
What I noticed at night in the hallway the smell of cigarettes and Marijuana.
And no supervision in the front lobby a struggle to have a conversation with a person in charge a day.
I had to write everything down in a piece of paper and they're going to give it to the manager.
Good news: I was able to find a hotel North of San Antonio.

I booked a room for the weekend. Having stayed at other hotels at this price range, I was surprised at how clean and feature-rich the rooms were. There was a nice TV, a working microwave, a fridge, coffee, and toiletries. Being next to the edge of the runway, I thought it would be noisy, but it was not. The room was very well noise-proofed. All in all, I was very happy with my stay. I'm sure that I could have found some faults if I had stayed longer, but for my short trip, it was perfect.

We stayed 3 nights and it was very comfortable. Service was great. Check in was so pleasant. They were very nice and the front desk. Not only was the room clean the whole hotel was very clean and nice. I loved the stay. The location was great as well. Will definitely being staying again.

Long story short, this place needs a good cleaning.... the rooms look decent from pictures and what's posted online but in reality it's quite dirty. I didn't feel comfortable walking on the hotel floors barefoot. The bottoms of out feet would turn black and pick up crumbs, hair, and god knows what.

The beds were decent. I, luckily, didn't have any stains but I did find burn holes and some hairs. There were dead bugs in corners, dust on furniture that made it look like it hasn't been cleaned since 1980. Bathroom had stains on walls and the smallest shampoo bottle I've ever seen.

Overall, its not a bad hotel... it's just dirty. I had high hopes since it was a best Western but this is no best Western.

This place is absolutely filthy. The floors look like they have never been swept, and the halls smell like they had been smoking weed. There were body fluids in the tub, and the sinks were dusty.

For goodness sake, please train your staff to clean better for the sake of your customers or hire a cleaning company!

This is ridiculous! The only thing that is decently clean is the beds. The bare minimum!

Only come to this place to sleep. Don't shower here because they obviously don't clean them like they should!
