Good gym and classes. Unfortunately, instructors often put on music very loud (over 75 dB), above the recommended safe threshold. Also swimming pool changing area not being kept very clean, many of the users do not treat the public spaces with respect (balls of long dark hair are a common occurrence in the female showers, dirt and old sticky plasters on the floor, sometimes nappies), and cleaning staff do not seem to manage to inspect/clean often enough to keep on top of it at peak times. Some showers have been very temperamental in temperature for years. There is a SuDS pond outside that the sauna shower greywater goes into, but this does not get explained properly, and again some users ignore the request to not use soap in that particular one, so sadly the water gets contaminated. Stirling is lucky to have a sports centre, unlike many other Scottish towns, but sadly it doesn't feel like the modern, clean place it could be.

Facilities are great for the price. £30 a month, gym thats getting extended, playing courts, swimming pool with leisure facilities, ice rink and a climbing wall with 20 set wall routes, 6 of these have auto belays. Route setting is generally good, just wish they had bouldering or an overhang section somewhere as its all very vertical. Cafe does good coffee for a reasonable price around £2.50-3

This gym is a great place to improve fitness, featuring modern machines and friendly atmosphere. The supportive staff and community around the sauna and steam room made me feel welcome. Throughout my fitness journey, i learned about various workouts through helpful video posts and i especially appreciate lydia and chloe for their encouragement and support in discovering new exercises.

First visit to use the steam room and sauna. £8 not too bad and I found the facilities clean and modern. Will use again.

The peak don't answer their phone after 12pm. The website would confuse Alan Turing. Each time I drive there out of desperation to see if swimming is on the 3 ( or sometimes 4) staff sat at reception, chatting, inform me it's not and that I could send them an email. An embarrassment to Stirling.

Small but beautifully formed. This was a perfect place for my son’s first climbing experience. The staff were superb. We’ll be back. A couple of years ago we did the one-hour curling introduction. That was great too. We should come here more often.
Also the cafeteria is good too, tasty coffee, soup and steak sandwiches at a very reasonable price.
