Although my massage therapist was great, the facilities are in need of some TLC.

Arrived and there were no spa shoes to wear and only 4X robes in available lockers. In the bathroom there are no amenity items such as toothbrushes, combs, tissues, cotton swabs, etc that I see at all other spas. In the shower stalls, no bench to sit on or place items while you shower. There were plenty of towels. It was missing iced face towels.

The steam room was out of order and the outdoor co-ed spa area was really needing maintenance and attention. It was dirty and just felt confining. The chairs were all disheveled and there was trash on the ground. One hot tub didn’t work. It was very warm out and would have been nice to have a chilled pool and some shade. It didn’t feel spa like at all outside.

The waiting area could use snacks other than whole apples and ice water. It was a jug of water, not spa water.

For a Hyatt, I would have expected better. We wouldn’t recommend visiting unless upgrades were made.

Bethany at the front desk was so nice and helpful, and I had a facial by Angie that was great!

Some areas could be improved but I’d honestly take people who are good at their jobs over not picking the looks of things.

P.s- they have a locals discount which is great for summer time

I recently booked a spa day for my best friend, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish! Michelle gave an amazing massage that left her feeling completely relaxed. Eva at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. Bethany was also very accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly with our reservation. Even the valet service with Michael was excellent. The spa has an indoor jacuzzi that was so calming and added to the overall relaxing vibe. The amenities are nice just what you need for a spa day. The entire team contributed to a perfect, stress-free day, and I would highly recommend this spa!

This spa is very pricey. If you're looking for a great massage I recommend going somewhere else for a better price. They do wonderful here, but you really come here for the amenities not just a massage. They provide you with robes, sandals, a lockable locker, towels, & drinks. The female & male locker rooms are separated. That's where the sauna, hot tub, & showers are. You have the option to be dressed or not in those areas. The coed spots are the outdoor hot tubs that look like hot springs, the waiting room, & the couples massage. It was a small space & raining, so I spent a ton of money for a couples retreat & essentially just sat in a shared room with other people waiting for our massage. The outside was closed due to weather & everything else I had to do separately from my partner. I've visited here as a singleton during conference week because it's directly across from the convention center. My recommendation is to go alone for a refresh during whatever you have going on at the convention center. The staff is exceptional & location beautiful.

Brenda was my nail artist and she did such an amazing job! I originally had a different style in mind but she couldn’t do it because of the missing equipment in the spa. So instead she worked with me on a new design that was even better than what I originally wanted. I’m so, so happy with my nails! My only regret is not being local to Orlando and not being able to work with her again. Highly recommend this spa! The receptionists were also so kind.

My cousin and I selected the wash and blow while attending the Zumba Convention. I believe my stylist’s name was Nancy from Poinciana. She was AMAZING!!! She also flat ironed my hair! My hair lasted pretty for the next few days even after traveling from Orlando to California! The experience was truly very relaxing!

It was ok, steam room was out of service, the drying nail equipment too and one of the jacuzzis.It seems they need to take care of the place better. No snacks were available for guests.

The spa allow access to a private pool space which was nice, though its location puts you in complete shade with to sun at 3pm and it gets cold.
The steam room was closed for construction during my time there. There is nothing to freshen up or get ready in the locker room. Like nothing but hand soap and paper towels.
I had a pedicure and it was alright, nothing special at all. I let her know that my cuticles and nails were most important and the cuticles were still barely pushed back and hardly any filing was done. The massage was lack luster and rushed. I paid extra to have the fast drying polish and it had no shine to it and maybe needed a second coat of the top coat because it was almost matte. It also didn’t cover my entire nail so the shape looks warped. I had to soak my feet later in the evening to get the polish off my skin around the nail too.
I was also taken back almost twenty minutes after my appointment. The service should have been fifty minutes and I was done in about half an hour.
Aside from the time in the pool area, I would have been better going to a common nail salon. This wasn’t like other spa pedicure experiences.
