My family has been coming here for years now and this place is as good as it gets! Not only it's an INDOOR, HEATED pool, but the instructors are LEGIT and they make sure your child gets the best lessons (group or private) that they can get in this county!

Sheila, the owner, is super friendly and personable. She is not only an instructor herself and jumps in the pool herself when needed, but she also makes sure that your children are in the correct swim level before they start their lessons.

Sheila is not only personable, but she replies to your email within a day, and communicates effectively and consistently. She sends out the weekly schedule the weekend before so you know the swim schedule and with which instructor.

We have had Abi (a swim instructor) for years and she's super good with our younger ones. She is encouraging and my children really enjoy being taught by her. We have had Nicole and AnneMarie as instructors (for level 4/5) and they are also efficient!

Both my daughter and son took swim lessons there, they participated in the swim team competitions as well. My son learned swimming at the swimming hole. Sheila, Abby and the team know how to teach, my kids always want to go back. Now that we are moving bit far, we will miss them. I will recommend swimming hole wholeheartedly.

I am so impressed! As a former competitive swimmer and swim instructor (I am from Seattle) I struggled finding good lessons here in Utah and I have finally found them! My daughters (3 and 7) learned more in a day of lessons at the Swimming Hole than a whole session at other places I have tried in the area. This will now be our go to place for all my children. My oldest has now also completed a Stroke Clinic. Which is amazing! If you want your child to eventually do swim team this would be the perfect prep for them once they have had proper swim lessons! My children have had Abi and Dylan for instructors and both have done a fabulous job! Sheila is also so prompt with her email communication.

This place has won me over! They are so nurturing here. My kids went from dreading swim lessons at the rec center to it now being their favorite part of the week. And most importantly, they are awesome little swimmers now! This place makes it fun with flippers, kickboards, diving rings, and other water toys they can play with after the lesson is done. They also have a little take-a-book/leave-a-book library outside the entrance and my kids loved getting to bring home a new book to read on the way home! The owner (Sheila) was actually my private teacher 15 years ago and helped me make a competitive team, so I was so excited to learn she had opened her own business. You can tell these instructors are amazing with kids and professionally trained. Worth every penny!!!

I have four kids going here and it is great. The teachers are great with my kids, patient and informed. Sheila was awesome especially when she notices kids in the wrong level. She lets you know and works with you to get them in the right class. My kids love it and I could see the progress.

My kids take lessons here. We drive in from Eagle Mountain almost 45 minutes to come here. The instructors are great at working with my special needs kids. There are quite a different instruction options, and ALL of the staff are caring, kind, and work with the ‘special’ kids like mine really well. We have noticed a progressive difference in my son and his swimming abilities - and my other kids. Places like this matter. It’s so nice to come and experience learning on this level.
