I’ve been a member of Third Space for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The gym itself is top-notch – spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, from state-of-the-art machines to free weights and functional training areas. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

What really stands out to me though is the atmosphere. It’s a motivating yet non-intimidating environment, which is hard to find at bigger gyms. The classes are fantastic, and the instructors bring great energy and expertise to every session. It’s clear that Third Space is committed to helping members reach their fitness goals, no matter your level.

Plus, the facilities are just so convenient – with a beautiful lounge area, showers, and even a café for after-workout fuel, it really makes a difference. Highly recommend this gym if you're looking for quality, service, and a great fitness community!

As a newbie to Third Space Soho I must say how impressed I am with the place. From the moment you walk in the staff always welcome you with a smile and ask how I am. The gym is spotless and always clean and the house cleaning team are always on hand ensuring it’s cleaned to a high standard. The classes I have attended have been fantastic the instructors are always helpful. Equipment wise it has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. Keep up the outstanding work

I joined Third Space Soho three weeks ago and have been to the gym every single day since—best decision I made was switching from my old gym! The staff are friendly, the facilities are outstanding, and the classes are top-notch. Highly recommend!

Disappointed with the gym unfortunately. I’ve visited most of the third space gyms in London and this is probably the worst one in terms of design and equipment. The free weights section feels cramped and the machines seem old and some of them, especially the cable ones don’t work super smoothly. There is no incline bench for barbell chest press which is quite basic. The dumbbells are wobbly which is not a big deal but a bit annoying. Because of the ceiling height you can only comfortably do the pull ups at the top floor, but it is sometimes occupied because of classes.

Changing rooms are nice and if there’s no classes the top floor is pretty good. I haven’t tried classes, possibly they are nice and there is a good size pool.

Overall it’s really not worth the price - I’m lucky to have a group membership so I can go to a different location. I recently visited a gym that’s 30 pounds a month and the equipment was better, also there was more space - this one is many times more expensive. Any gymbox or fitness first I visited before was better. Very sad to post the review because this is the most convenient third space for me.

They have a hypoxic chamber but the equipment is old and was unusable for over 2 months. Considering the cost of this gym that's a joke!
Pedal changes can't take over 3 weeks..

Very high value for money. The gym has everything you need. Everything is extremely convenient. The staff are always helpful and special call out to Rabia. Swimming pool is state of the art with little chemicals (UV filtered)
Besides the main floor, the gym has plenty of technical classes that make paying the membership fee worth it.

My favourite branch, although it has its limitations.
I think it has the friendliest atmosphere for lgbtq+ crowd and single people. It is small, labyrinthine and a bit daring with the design.
The pool is big enough for occasional/recreational swimmers. The sauna is a bit too small but the steam room is great.
My favourite part is the "Yard" equivalent- that looks more like a dancing studio. It can get busy in the afternoon as all gyms do. The women's changing room is lovely.

I have been a member since August. The space in Soho is great. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Joshua. Very attentive to members and their needs.
The use of other gyms in the group adds to the overall value Highly recommended
