Beautiful Hotel! Got away for a 3 night stay, and I must say this place is immaculate. From the friendly staff, to the cleanliness. I have no complaints at all. To the clerk with the initials GFF that checked me in, you were polite, and knowledgeable of the property, and surrounding area. Thank you. I was assigned a room facing downtown, and the view was amazing!! This place amazed me so well, that I have another trip booked for beginning of next year! I 100/10 recommend to you, your friends, and family.

We had to stay at this hotel unfortunately due to a family member being in the Orlando Regional Medical Center. This hotel staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our family. The rooms are immaculate and very well equipped. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, kindness, efficiency of the staff. Specifically: Gabriella, Maria, Desiree, Ramon and even the bartender was very helpful and courteous. So refreshing to have expectations exceeded!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Suites were stocked well and had everything I needed.. the iron was a bit crusty and unable to be used and the shower design isn't great as lots of water over spray on the floors making it extremely wet/slippery.

Great amenities, and even the gym was perfect with free weights to use. Location was perfect. It was central to everything and no matter where I wanted to drive, I was only about 10-15 minutes away from it all.

Overall, I had a great stay here for a week.

We've been here a few days for work and still have a couple more weeks left in our stay. As an extended stay hotel, this place is great. Rooms are clean, spacious, modern, well equipped with full fridge/stove, and -very- comfortable mattresses.

Pool deck has plenty of exposure to sunlight but also some shaded pavilions with padded couches.

Continental breakfast is decent but simple - a few hot items that rotate each day, plus bagels, muffins, coffee etc.

You can clearly see the management and staff of this hotel take pride in their property. The location is a little weird - in the middle of a huge medical complex - but that actually makes the locale seem cleaner and safer than some of the other Marriott properties around downtown.

The gym is adequate - three treadmills, two ellipticals, and two adjustable benches with dumbbells going up to 50 lbs

While our stay was hospital-related, we found the environment and staff at TownePlace to be relaxing, friendly, comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to help us with things outside their usual services, they were absolutely
Giancarlo, Nathalia and Ramon went above and beyond to help us fell welcome, comfortable and assist us with everything we needed. They were so helpful during a stressful time.

Our family needed a last minute place to stay as our father suffered a massive heart attack and this hotel is located right outside of Orlando Medical Hospital. The hotel was basically out of rooms and we were struggling to afford multiple rooms between 6 people. Desiree, the assistant general manager, was unbelievably kind in our time of need. She upgraded us to a suite so we could all stay together and prayed for our loved one. She made our stay so enjoyable during a horrific time for us. I highly recommend this hotel especially over the one next door (Hampton Hilton) where we received rude service and was turned away.

Marriott offers spacious room with a kitchen! Comfortable king size bed, a couch and laptop workstation.
Venue provides complimentary breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, bagel, waffle, oatmeal, fruits, coffee), coin laundry, pool and 24 hr gym. Bar opens 8 pm to 11 pm.
Safety in place as you'll need room card to access elevators and other door entry from outside.
Gabi, the receptionist is pleasant, welcoming and friendly. Walking distance to a delicious restaurant called Delaney's Tavern.
Will stay again.
