I moved here & decided to wait and see how I would like it. First of all, Daniel & all of the lease agents are sweethearts. They have been really great whenever I have an issue it’s fixed quickly, maintenance is also amazing!

My only issue is; I moved into the first floor one bedroom, my ceiling creeks everytime my upstairs neighbor walks and it’s really loud.. on top of that he is very loud and yells all night. I have not complained as I don’t want to start issues with my neighbors.. yet.

Hurricane; they immediately cleaned up after the storm which was really nice. They came around knocking on our doors to make sure we were okay and if our apartments needed anything urgent. They handled it nicely.

Bugs: there were a few roaches, pest control got them.. haven’t seen any since so that’s good.

Dog parks: I love the dog parks but please make sure your dogs are on their flee prevention. Many dogs and wild animals here. That’s not the apartments fault, it’s just a side note for residents.

AC; it was broken when I first moved in but they took care of it quickly.

Washer: this took a week to fix but at least they fixed it.

Lots of parking.

I do have a request, if they can please put up more lights in the parking lot, I live alone as a woman and have to take my dog outside at night. It’s a bit scary honestly, please consider adding more lights outside. Pics with flashlight and without.

Had a wonderful experience with our walk-through and choosing our new apartment. Our leasing agent Cassandra was wonderful. We chose our apartment and we're approved within one day. I'm very excited, and we move in 2 days after approval. The amenities are amazing parks for kids, dog parks, pool. Everything included. In all this was a very simple and easy process.

Unfortunately, this has been the worst apartment complex we’ve lived in. From the moment we picked up the keys (which weren’t available upon arrival), issues continue to arise. The deadbolt on front door wouldn’t work (we fixed ourselves), mailbox key wouldn’t work (were told we had to wait to get our mail), hot tub at the pool has been “under maintenance” for almost the entirety of the two years we lived here, trash everywhere, homeless going through dumpsters, and no one cleans up their pet waste outside.
We also never received a tour of our apartment, which looks nothing like the pictures we viewed online. Our living room and bedroom lights/fans turned on consistently at all hours of the night due to improper coding. This took over a year to fix. Our bathtub chipped white paint after every shower, we were told we would have to stay somewhere for 24 hours for them to repaint it. I’m unsure why we have to pay to stay somewhere for an issue that isn’t our fault.
We do appreciate maintenance having to fix everything. However, these issues should have been resolved by management before we signed the lease. It seems were taken advantage of due to moving from a different state.
We are counting down the days for our lease to be up.

Basically, I got to the Property 15 minutes prior to closing on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, and agent could not have been nicer. She told me which units in the Sycamore-size were available on the 1st floor as I am handicapped & use a scooter to get around, and answered all of my questions. When I told her I'd been having difficulties in obtaining a 1st floor unit because they'd been taken out from under me prior to my application completion, she said she's heard this from others & suggested I complete application asap so a hold could be placed on the unit I wanted. I told her I'd do that immediately and, when I completed the document & paid the application fee, I noted the unit I wanted was removed from the available list and my application was awaiting the Property Manager's review and acceptance. When Walden Lakes reopens for business on Monday, 12/2, I plan to head back to the Property, see if any other docs are needed, see if I can physically see the unit's inside, and what the new move-in specials are as I did forget to ask about these in my 15-minute visit.

Had an issue with backed up sink was sent Danny to help out. He took his time and insured that everything was put back to my satisfaction. Will highly recommend him for any future services needed on property.

We have had nothing but issues with this complex, we have had a ROTTING back porch for almost 3 years, our AC goes out every other day, and all they do is put more freon which doesn't solve the issue, we have maintenance requests galore because instead of actually fixing a problem they just bandaid it to work temporarily. The front office staff will lie to you constantly about someone coming to fix things.
All you ever here is sorry, this is concerning and will be addressed quickly, it never is though!
We have electrical issues where our lights will just go on and off randomly.
We had a maintenance man come in the check out ac and ended up going into our laundry area and disconnecting a hose on our washer with laundry going which caused our entire kitchen and dining room to flood. They said they would send someone out to fix the problem. 4 hours later, after my husband found the problem, and we cleaned all the water up someone came looked in the door said we are fine and left. We also got no apology for that situation, nor an explanation on why the maintenance man even unplugged the hose in the first place. Our tubs are always peeling or cracking on the edges of the tile, and has been a problem since moving in. They come in and fix it for it to do the same thing a month later. Our floor feels like boards are broken underneath it. The list can go on. Code enforcement will be getting involved in these matters and we can't wait until our lease ends to get out of this hell hole.

And in response to this review I'm expecting some cookie cutter reply like I've seen everyone else get...

Please do your research before moving into a place, I wish we would have...

My girl and I have had absolutely a terrible experience here we just moved in about 3 months ago when we moved in are washer didn't work maintenance said they fixed it twice and it was not before finally getting a new one a whole month later, when we moved in are ac also kept freezing up would not cool the apartment about a week later they call my girl saying that they couldn't do the maintenance on they ac with the dogs loose we were not home and they never said when they were coming to do the maintenance so we explained that they needed to let us know when there going into the apartment and we had to wait another week to get it fixed, so they go into your space with no notice, they have shut are water off 4 time already due to main water leaks twice taking so long they had to give us a temp appt and one of them was infested with fleas and they know it was cause they had flea bombs set up, are fridge started making weird grinding sounds and they now tell us that it's not getting fixed untill it completely goes out.
