Wow! Great experience! Manager joked with the kids and was super helpful with setting me up with line for traveler on my sailboat. Not sure if I thanked him. He was very personable with my twin boys. Wish this store was closer to Keller TX.

The two young men that were working yesterday on 7/24/24? They have no idea what customer service is and the one with dark hair and dark framed glasses? He needs to put his phone away, he had no idea I was standing in front of him until I said something. When I asked about a product, he was clueless and the other one working that day? At least he put his phone away when I asked him where I could find a product in the store, he pointed in the direction he thought it was and once found, I walked back up to the front counter to ask for help with a product the second time did he walk back to assist with cutting the length of sanitation pipe I needed. West Marine, please hire some people that understand what customer service is and then train them. Was not a good customer experience in your store we these two!

Phoned and confirmed a part was in stock, drove two hours to pickup item and it was not in stock/didn’t exist. Manager was useless and didn’t care, only bothered about bossing the inexperienced staff around. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

West Marine is a good store, I believe. I heard it was one of the best stores for boat supplies and planned on making many more visits. But I didn't get to enjoy my visit because ALBERTO was profiling me the whole time.. He came right over and asked if I needed help. Do I know what I'm looking for I showed him the exact product because i didn't see it, and he said if it's not here, we don't have it. Ok, thanks. Then he stands behind me, watching. I turned and said, "I'm good." He goes to the next aisle and keeps peaking like obvious peaking, then walks back and forth. ?. So for my 8mins in the store, I was being watched like a child. Very unpleasant visit.
