This was my first time shopping at WinCo , I loved the aisles with enough space and lighting. The assortments were wonderful, the staff friendly. We did try some items from the deli and it was not overly salty as we have experienced in other retail stores. The seafood and meat section were well stocked and with lots of selections. Surely a 'will return' location.

This is the Most ridiculous store ever. The managers hide and have Horrible customer service. It is so bad, I'm calling the news and Corporate on them in the morning. Lydia was so disrespectful and outright rude in front of my children. How dare you treat me like that in front of my children. I have a Master's Degree and have owned my own company for 17 years. She embarrassed me and my children. I am a Grand pa and have 6 biological kids that loved WinCo. Even worse , I was soaked from the rain and the river in their parking lot. I came in to return a few nonperishable items that I bought two day before. Lydia said that Even though I paid cash and had the receipt, that I could not return the unneeded items. Then she looked at me like I was trying to hurt her because I was getting her name off her name tag. How rude and ignorant are the managers? I asked to speak to the GM Krista and Lydia said she was not available. Lydia didn't even try to contact her even though I begged her. It was my 3rd attempt in 2-3 days. I live 37 minutes away. Each way... This is Ridiculous. I have spent 1000s of dollars on food at WinCo and I have Never returned 1 single item. Ever. Not one.
I tried 3 times in 2 days. I don't appreciate her treating me with such horrible manners. Lydia smirked and laughed at me for saying I was calling Corporate on her. Her GM should be written up for such a stupid store policy. There are No signs Anywhere in the store saying that you can't return items with a valid receipt from just a couple of days ago. No one told me when I was checking out that they were going to screw me like this either. I'm calling the news on you and the Better Business Bureau. You will Not get away with this. You need to stop being so mean to me and my children. We never did anything to you. I am So disgusted with WinCo in Lewisville only. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The managers are the only rude people that work there. Especially Lydia who would not give me her last name. I am Absolutely furious with WinCo Lewisville. I bet they don't even call to resolve this until they are shamed on the news. It's one thing to humiliate a loyal customer but my children. The disgust I am feeling about WinCo is making me nauseous right now. Did I mention how Rude Lydia was to me and my small children? Her lack of care for customers is mind blowing. I hope she treats her family better than she treated mine. I'll Never go back to the Lewisville location.
I have enough evidence to sue you for discrimination. You ruined my day 3 days in a row! How are you still in business?

It is clean, staff are helpful if you can find them.
The bulk goods offer an enormous selection. The produce is great. Be careful of the sold by lbs for the melons and watermelons. Way more
Expensive than other places. Watch prices, there are many products that are significantly more
$$$.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I used to come here every week for my groceries and the staff used to be really kind and would help me out. I recently had an experience today at 8/28 at 9:30pm where an employee screamed at me (Literally), for reaching over a gate to grab a 20 pack of diet coke. After I had apologized for the digression (which would have been fine if it had ended there, if not a little rude), he then tried to lecture me and insulted my intelligence. Unless this unsavory employee is dealt with I will not be returning to this location. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service.

I asked if they marked down bakery items half off on the sell by date like Walmart and Kroger and was told they didn't know, but then the cashier marked the cookies down 65%, and I said that was better than I thought.
The cookies themselves were amazing, too.

Always a great experience shopping here. Friendly and engaging employees and the checkout scanners are always 100% accurate. Ignore the negative reviews from the petulant infants below. The Lewisville Winco is da bomb!

Thankyou so much to the manager and staff who helped me today nov 9, 2024 checking the cameras and seeing where I left my phone and wallet. He came to Customer service quickly and was able to back track and see the last location I had my stuff .
