I've been here a handful of times and had both massages and facials. All of the staff has always been wonderful. Once you check in you get a robe, slippers and a locker. You can choose between a class of white wine or champagne to enjoy while you sit in the relaxation room to wait for your session. I usually go a full hour early so I can unwind before my treatment. There is water and snacks available as well. I do think the prices are a bit high for a place that doesn't have more amenities (hot tub, steam room, sitting areas for doing hair / makeup after you shower. There is 1 toilet and 1 shower. Overall, a nice way to treat myself once in awhile.

I’ve been to this location three different times for a couple different services. The location is great and the ambiance is very tranquil. They have a good amount of services. I recently had a hydro facial with Ashley and she was fantastic.

I’m somewhat hesitant to endorse a massage with them. I’m in my early 40’s and am somewhat athletic (6’0 190 lbs). I paid a premium for their top tier massage that included deep tissue. My massage therapist was an elderly lady who I would describe as in her 60’s and maybe 5’’0 tall and 90 lbs. I say this because while it was “relaxing”, I went there to have knots worked out. I’ve had massages before by smaller people including older women- some can absolutely hit the mark. Unfortunately my experience didn’t align with what I paid for. My therapist was very pleasant, she just wasn’t strong and didn’t hit a lot of trigger points. I felt like she rubbed oil on me, wiped it off, then put on more oil with a different smell, and wiped that off.

The reason for this review has less to do with the quality of the massage and more the companies response. After my massage I shared my concerns with the front desk. Specifically that I didn’t feel it was “good” and that I didn’t feel I got what I paid for (deep tissue upcharge). The company’s response was “next time we will put you with someone stronger”. When a customer comes in and drops over $300 for a massage it needs to be on point- especially if they tell you before hand what they want and pay a premium for it.

I always enjoy my time here, and every time I go I remind myself I should go more often. I’ve been coming since 2015 when I lived at the shops of legacy. Last Saturday I went for the signature calming retreat with Julie. She’s super sweet, and she made me feel so relaxed after a long, and hectic week at work. I’ve had the body treatments and various massages and all were amazing. I think next time I’ll try the deep tissue massage. Be sure to ask for a glass of white wine!

My first time here today 9/22/2024, I came with my sister who has been before, we were greeted warmly at the door and was checked in. Was lead to get robes and shoes and I must say it was quite clean and there was a lady that came in often to tidy up the women’s bathroom. We were then led back to quiet room where I had wine. Kaylee my masseuse came to get me and boy was I in for a treat! She was AMAZING! She was so calm and she was very accommodating! That was the best massage. I enjoyed all 80 mins, so much so I had sleep lines on my face! I will def be back every month or every other month!

LaShaundra was an amazing masseuse! The touch and pressure was absolutely perfect. She checked in to ensure I was comfortable and allowed me to enjoy. It was so perfect I fell asleep and booked my next appointment with her. Woodhouse Day Spa’s service and facility has always been top tier and I look forward to my next visit!

The relaxation room when you first get there is nice. They will offer you drink(s) of your choice from water, tea, champagne, wine. It is a little more bright in there than I was expecting, but it was still relaxing and nice. I booked a 50min body balance massage with the extra enhancements of aromatherapy and hot stones. Kaylee (sp?) was who performed my service. She was very nice. I do have to say, though, that I walked away from that massage thinking “did I just pay $165 for this?”. It felt as though she was gliding her hands over my skin the whole time. I was waiting and expecting to feel pressure as my muscles were actually massaged, but this never came. I’m quite disappointed in this. This was not what I was expecting. I came in with tension and am leaving with tension.
Overall, it is a beautiful facility, but the massage did not feel like a massage. Maybe I need to try a different type.

Incredible experience. Suk Is amazing, beautiful ambience, quiet and relaxing. I’ve been going for several years. I forget how wonderful of a place this is. It is quite possibly the best spa in Dallas.! Bravo !
